    Americans are facing a tough time with their finances, especially concerning housing affordability and retirement savings.

    • @cherylhills3227
      @cherylhills3227 Pƙed 2 dny

      it's a real struggle. With the rising housing prices and stagnant wages, it's becoming increasingly difficult for many to afford homes, let alone save for retirement.

    • @V.stones
      @V.stones Pƙed 2 dny

      And with the fear of not being able to retire comfortably, people might be tempted to make risky investments or neglect proper financial planning, which could spell trouble for their portfolios in the long run.

    • @AliciaCrone
      @AliciaCrone Pƙed 2 dny

      It's a vicious cycle. If people can't afford homes, they might delay retirement savings, but if they focus solely on saving for this. Economic instability, inflation, and market fluctuations can further complicate matters and add to people's financial worries.

      You have to think what the plan is. This is a W E F plan for C40 cities. Essentially only the elite will own property. Middle class will not anymore. Everyone will be a renter and they will dictate what you can and can't do. How are they going to take control of the land? Exactly what is happening. Then, when everything is priced right they will buy it all and then come in and start cleaning up. Building more and rebuilding the damaged structures. The cameras will be the new addition to the gestapo they will have patrolling. It's happening in Maui, parts of the UK and Denmark/Norway. These places are all listed in the W E F papers as C40 ( 15 minute cities)

      Many areas that used to be deemed safe and clean (Sherman Oaks, Burbank, Universal City, Glendale, West Hollywood, Whittier, Pasadena) are no longer places where you can simply assume that you're safe. I own a business on Melrose and there are shootings/assaults/robberies, occuring all of the time. Stack n pack housing has 1000's of people living on top of each other, I call em noisy roach motels. Traffic is horrible! What used to be a 10-15 min run to the market/store, now takes an hour or two. Why? Bcuz everything is shut down or we're sitting stuck in traffic! Ugh!! The entire CA Government has FAILED on every level! The sick part of this entire $h*t show đŸ‘‰đŸŒ CA continue to allow/fund it!! #FireDemocRatsnRINOs

    Personally it is devastating and sad to see the lack of morals and respect. This is what graffiti is essentially.
    M no respect for nature or private property. I’m into nature photography and painting. I am inspired by nature, rocks etc. but to some it’s just a rock and just a tree and to them the spray paint is more valuable. To me it’s an insult and the display of degradation of any sort of morality and appreciation for the the raw untouched beauty. Some may say art. Well as an artist myself, I invest in my canvases, I do not vandalize the property of others to display my creative thoughts.I choose my canvas and my canvas is sold at Blicks. I do not go to downtown LA or Joshua tree to choose my next canvas, because I have values and respect for others and their experiences. With understanding, my aesthetics may not match with those of others, so goes for what people consider art.if I want to see art by others I will go to a gallery or museum where it belongs. Don’t shovel this spray paint garbage down my throat, when and where I don’t want it and maybe I will respect and recognize graffiti as art, until then it’s just that, garbage everywhere I look. The most beautiful hiking trails are tarnished and some find it attractive. To me it’s mind boggling. I want to see a waterfall in its natural environment. I do not want to see a bunch of nonsense letters in all sort of color on every rock. Parenting is what was lacking for those individuals who do this. Teach your kids to appreciate nature as it is and pick up your trash. Two simple things every parent must teach their kids.

      I paint and draw as well, studied Natural history illustration with UON. In everything going on today nobody ever talks about nature it's as if it doesn't exist or matter. Also, this Globalist trend towards wanting to force everyone into 15 minute cities is a total nightmare. They will all turn into filthy slums devoid of nature.

    I spent a couple of weeks in Buenos Aires in December and a couple of weeks in Mexico City in May. Both of those huge cities were in better shape than LA or San Francisco. Each country has challenges and poverty, but there were some big differences with American cities. The homelessness was significantly less and the squaller of a place like Oakland was not present. Since the economic collapse of 2008 the economy has been juiced with low interest rates enriching the wealthy and creating massive bubbles in equities and real estate. When these bubbles pop--well, we haven't seen anything yet.

Around 2019 there was an improve downtown initiative and included seeing people in purple shirts, with some as "public safety" on the shirt and riding bikes. The day the initiative started, it was a huge push to remove the homeless in the area and included beating those found using illegal substances before the police came to arrest them (was actually informed of this at the time by a security guard that was working in downtown near the financial district). The way things were done caused a huge blowback

    Wow John thank you for this recent video of LA! It's sad to see Downtown LA continue to crash! I was born in East LA and grow up in the San Fernando Valley. I recently moved the end of March this year because I knew my city was going down fast. After the pandemic it started going down hill faster and faster. I lived in Boyle Heights which is one of the oldest cities in East LA for 7 and 1/2 year's before I moved this year because of my job's. Where you showed Downtown LA in this video were my stomping grounds for the last 4 or 5 year's. It's sad to continue see it get worse but that's one of the main reasons why I left because I started fearing for my life. Thanks to God I'm in a much better city and state now.
