Last time I was in Phoenix it was pitiful ... all the little towns are connected - Mesa, Tempe, Glendale, used to go into the country to get to Luke AFB and Apache Junction .... yeah we are renting a home in east austin and the area is fantastic, but we don't have to worry about the insane cost of buying the home which would be millions. we can chill and have fun and then buy a home elsewehere when the market crashes.
