Here is one noise rules I've found quite annoying. Talking on the phone like it's a Nextel phone. In another words, talking to the person on the other end with the speaker on.
hmmm,... hahaha! in Japan the majority of crime is committed by the LDP .... and actually I think not even Japanese travel responsibly .... the worst are the last commuter trains with drunk men vomiting all over the place ... also, sometimes I get molested by women on the commuter train ...
