A pro-Palestinian protester interrupted European Union President Ursula Von Der Leyen’s speech at the European Defence and Security Summit in Brussels. The protester said that she was under a "citizen's arrest" for aiding a "genocide" in Gaza. The protester added that she had blood on her hands for expressing support for Israel. Von der Leyen continued her speech once the protester left the room.
