Ingredients:
To make dough-
2 cup- All purpose flour
3/4 glass of milk and 1/4 glass of water
1 tbsp- Yeast
1 tbsp- Sugar
1/2 tsp- Salt
1 egg
To make filling:
500g -Chicken
1/4 tsp= Pepper powder
1/4 tsp- Chilly Flakes
1/4 tsp- Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp- Kashmiri chilly powder
1/2 tsp- Salt
less than 1/4 tsp- -fennel seed powder
2 tsp- Curd
cooking:
1 1/2 tsp- Ginger garlic paste
1 sprig of curry leaf
2- chopped onions
1/2 tsp- salt
1/2 tsp- Turmeric powder
1/4 tsp- Chilly powder
less than1/4 tsp- Garam Masala
less than 14 tsp- cumin powder
2 handful of chopped coriander leaves
white sauce preparation:
1 tbsp- Butter
1 tsp- Chopped Garlic
1 cup- Milk
2 tbsp- all purpose flour
2 slice cheese or mozzarella cheese (1/4 cup)
1 tsp- Mixed herbs (substitute with pepper powder an d chilly flakes)
