Join myself and the Mrs as we arrive at the destination of Puerto Del Carmen holiday resort on the Spanish Canary island of Lanzarote.
I usually do a weekly VLOG showing my everyday life with a focus relating to my Video Game collecting, but these Holiday Vlogs will focus on things I find of interest and my everyday shenanigans whilst holidaying in Puerto Del Carmen, Lanzarote.
This VLOG features Thursday and Friday where we leave from Gatwick airport to arrive in Arrecife airport in Lanzarote. We then make our way to Puerto Del Carmen and check out our villa for the week before heading out to eat and drink along the Puerto Del Carmen strip in Lanzarote.
And I may just take the leap into the swimming pool for a cool down from the amazing Lanzarote holiday heat.
We have visited Puerto Del Carmen in Lanzarote on many occasions and the weather never fails to impress along with the many restaurants and cold beer at bargain prices !!!!!
So join me as we fly to the Spanish Canary island of Lanzarote to partake in fun and frolics in part one of this Holiday Vlog.
And as always washed down with a beer or two 😉

Going to Lanzerote for first time this Tuesday for a week, first hol since the pandemic. Staying down the road from here at puerto calero. Had alot of fun watching your video series, gonna check out the local beer, happy days, top bloke thanks!

We just got home from our second fortnight this year. Our house was is Tias but many mornings we would drive down to Playa Chica, in Carmen, for an early morning swim.
I was hoping to see some video of places like Jameos del Agua, the Manrique places and Cuervas del Verdes but I only saw PDC.
If you’ve not been, whilst you’re there, you must drive to the bodegas up in mountains - esp Bodega Stratvs. Beautiful place. If you like wine, theirs is supposed to be the best in the Canaries.
And the best beach on the island… drive over to Arrieta. Amazing clear water.l with one of the best restaurants on the island, Casa de La Playa - fantastic grilled octopus and always trust their pescado del dia 👍

This is the best time of the year travelling to places like Canary Islands, it's still hot in October but at least bearable. I usually drink some icy San Miguel when i'm on vacation, cheers mate 🍻

We went to Tenerife in November a few years ago... Was amazing!!
Strolling along the promenade with the missus at 11pm, perusing the bars and it was still 23°C!!
On another note, I and others I'm sure, don't really care about the lack of retro gaming content... We just love watching you. 🙂

Villa looks great . Impressed with the size. Have a great time guys . When I was in Tenerife I would drink their local beer Dorada. I’m sure they’ll have that where you are too . Worth a try 🍺

Hi Bryan.... Cannot remember the name of the villa itself but easy to find matey..... Booked through 'Villaplus' do a search for Puerto Del Carmen and on the location map look at Calle Benidorm it was on that street. Hope this helps matey 😉😎🍺

Regarding the TV Quiz shows, Family Fortunes and Play Your Cards Right both had questions based upon answers from a hundred people; with PYCR, it was always Yes or NO so the correct/exact answer would be a number between 1-100; FF was guess the most popular answers, so the correct answers would be word based.

My cousin Terry has a bar just up the street from where you were, “The Irish Viking” should check it out, cocktails are 2nd to none and a great range of beers. I’m there next month and can’t wait…. Oh when you’re in the supermarkets look out for a beer called Dorada, it’s local and tastes amazing

OG at some point can you make a video about your set ups in your gaming shed? Particularly the arcade cabinet with the ROMs on it, I’ve no idea how to go about getting something like that and setting it up? Do u need a pc attached to it? Are there alternatives so I don’t need a PC? Just want to be able to play all those old skool arcade games
Hi matey did a video a while ago about my arcade setup…. May have to search for it 😉 Emulation is great and not as hard as you imagine. Lots of options

I’m in THB flora for a week soon. Tried Lanzarote Village and an apartment in Matagorda so will decide what is my best part of puerto del carmen.
Hi there the villa was located in Calle Benidorm which I suppose is about halfway up the strip? Good location but hill gets a bit steep towards end of the night 😎😉🍺
