Das Spiel ist sowas von genial gewesen, so einfach, so simpel aufgebaut. Aber der Spielspaß ließ einen nicht los. Als Kind hab ich den Amiga ausgeschaltet wenn die Eltern sagten: Ab ins Bett! und dann schon drauf gefreut am nächsten Tag weiterspielen zu können. Das waren noch Zeiten :)
Vor allem wenn man zu zweit gespielt hat ... eigentlich ja Coop, aber bei den Raketenwerfern und Granaten war friendly fire möglich ... da hat man sich mehrere Level durchgeschlagen, einer killt mehr oder weniger aus Versehen den anderen und schon bricht ein Kampf untereinander aus, lol

Loved it ! Remember playing with a friend of mine and finally reached the last mission, I died a couple of minutes before the game was completed...... at least he finished that last mission. Awesome time back then !@1428
Took me a long time to figure out the secret to progressing in this game is making sure you don’t over scroll the screen too much in one sitting. One of Amiga’s best IMO.

Well you son of gun, i have been genuinly trying to track this game down for at least several years. My friend and i played this game to death back in 1989 pretty much as soon as it came out, we beat most of the missions but never completed the game. I'll be honest, for a game this old it holds up really well and the sound effects are still top notch. Amazing! Thanx

I just finished the game last week with a friend. Honestly, it was really funny to play but I expected something more than "Congratulations, you have finished the game" in the end xD.

i searched so long for the name of this game...i used to play it when i was like 4 years old and my brother got over hundreds of games for the Amiga...i still remember the music, even though its like 19 years ago...awesome...

Canada, USSR, Afghanistan, Italy, France... and then just for good measure they throw in Texas, lol, love it! Best ever game over screen too. I remember completing this back in the day and then seeing that great game over animation and design!

Alte gute amiga zeiten wie geil die spiele doch waren obwohl für heute alles so primitiv aussieht. Aber ehrlich den meisten Spaß hatteich zu dieser zeit ab ende 90 Anfang 2000 wurde alles zuu kompliziert. Hat vielleicht jemand noch so ein amiga zu verkaufen natürlich auch mit diesen spielen?

I noticed that the missions only paid half of what they offered (if you were offered 5000, you only got 2500 for example). Did your handler get the other half, or was each cash-to-credit conversion a 2 cash for 1 credit rate?

My dow floppy was corrupted with the sprites being damaged to unplayability and i still rocked the game!
Standing still while firing allows you to 'turn in place', during which you're capable of 'strafing' the remaining 8 angles.

@TechnoEstate Actually, you could play the missions in any order you wanted to. It just didn't feature any bosses.

Switch firing mode for your gun, don't remember what button that was though...

What a superb player! I am able to finish max 2-4 levels....
Best ending ever!
The best weapons to go through all in the game were the M16 with M203 grenande launcher and a reloadable anti-tank (I used the RPG); the launcher shot farther, faster and more accurately than hand grenades did. For mass destruction, the electric Gatling and the flamethrower did wonders, but the ammo was expensive.
Weapons de-recommended: pistols, submachine guns, the M72 LAW.
Funny how I remember the gun shop to have an almost endless vast choice of weapons. Ah, child's eyes.
My favorite weapon was the flamethrower. Expensive and not efficient but a lots of fun.

this is a classical coop game, never play this alone, its half or less the fun!
music style is unfortunately same as speedball 1, commando (c64) , cause this composer is oldskool ;)

Yeah, i feel so old when i watch those games. Dogs of War was preety good, but i prefered WarZone!
The weapon combination I personally favored was the M-16 with M203 grenade launcher and an RPG. The Gatling is cool, but way too expensive and fires way too fast to be financially efficient.
I picked the gatling gun almost every time because it was so much fun to spray the screen with bullets but it makes it inpossible to get through any section where you need to blow stuff up because you won't have resources to buy anything else.
