I’m proud how creators can keep playing ranked, the second I try to overtake someone in A level they just pitmanouver me or bin me in the wall.
I got promoted to Gold II with only 250 points lol. I started some ranked races with only 1 day left in the "Promotion" period. Didn't even win a race, but kept it clean most of the time. Maybe ran 6-7 races. I think it created a new group with only the 1 day to go and allowed me to take advantage of it. Half the group didn't even have over 100 points. But I got promoted!! :)
f1 23 would be so much better if the people who played ranked actually knew how to race a car, or if everytime you tried to overtake someone turns into you and you spin

Welcome to the gold rank Alex! Any thoughts on the latest patch? It feels like they changed braking.(keep outbreaking myself since the patch heh)
Same, the braking is really annoying. I have racing line and if I brake on the line I run wide
@@Lauda84rail braking is needed now. I can still brake in the red after I Iearned to trail brake more. And put the brake bias more to the back to make sure the fronts wont lock. Most tracks 55% is perfect. Some even 54%. For slow corners switch it to 56/57. Worked for me😊
@@nickkarbache954 I’m trying to trail brake more. I got the acceleration but haven’t clicked with braking yet, it’s really annoying
@@Lauda84probably too much steering input , if you race without abs you have to modulate the brakes as you increase your turn in. For example if you are braking at 80% you can only apply 20% steering angle before you either start to understeer (most common even while using abs) lock up or at worst lose the rest end as in this years game the rears lock up much easier than any previous title which literally makes your back end want to do a 180
