Caister, Great Yarmouth (UK), was the place to be in the late 70s and early 80s. Teds, rockers and rebels alike, all together at one festival, no hard feelings, no fights, no envy. This tape was made when each and everybody just loved rock 'n' roll and everyone was having a good time. And experiencing Ray Campi, Matchbox, Freddy 'Fingers' Lee, Flying Saucers and Crazy Cavan & The Rhythm Rockers and Bill Haley on one festival was quite unique... - Hudba
Cavan le Grand! le meilleur!!!! super!je l'ai vu début aout 2011 toujours aussi Bon!
AAAH! That takes me back a million years coz I can see me 1 min 44 secs in standing at the back. From what 'little' I remember of those weekends it was a right laff. Colin, if you ever read this I still think of you everytime I drink bacardi and Orange juice. You had the Bacardi and no mixer, I had milk or OJ. Perfect combination. Miss you mate. XX
... and i saw him in1979, he's absolutely the GREATEST!
1982 saw him and he was the coolest dude in the show...badass rocker

Super week end. Que du beau monde. Les groupes anglais + Ray campi... Mac curtis etc etc
Used to watch this band live in 70's in Wellingborough.Bought all their albums. On one album was this song. They had the sound of a bike in it which was supposed to be 'A BIG BAD BSA'in fact it was a CB250 Honda!!!!!Always made me laugh!!THe sound of the 250 Honda was unmistakable as any 70's biker will know.
GREAT BAND STILL.

@bruno119cc Jepp. That's the reason why I drive Suzuki. The one I have right now is a copy of a Triumph from about 1970 or so. I saw Crazy Cavan live in Finland in 1971. Real' nice.

très bon groupe et cela fait bouger la caisse ,térrible.
It's from the Blue Suede Shoes film isn't it? There's a fight during their set!
@annew925
Yeah man. I saw them in 83 in Horncastle and brilliant aint the word.
FINE!!!
Shot and edited for maximum excitement. This clip really captures why the rocking scene in Britain was so great during the late 70s. Saw Cavan many times at such venues as the Bobby Sox, the Royalty Ballroom, and the Orange Tree, as I remember. Well done for uploading, johndewstow! Do you know who filmed this?
MY liitle sisters got one too, but it ain't as big as mine!!!!
I saw them in Kvevlax, Finland 1981. English motorbikes are by the way completely lousy. But they look great.
Up the Greasers!
i have the Vinyl
First Psychobilly Band.... pretty good....
A classic example of a rubbish guitar player making good gear sound awful! Never understood the status that Crazy Cavan received.
MrHazza728 Your loss :)
