  • Can't stop liking this one! Unique smokey olio of coconut-pineapple and spices. A unforgettable hybrid libation utilizing scotch in a tiki. Jullian Vose, Death & Co 2013. Comes in at 23% ABV.
    MIXING NOTES: Bowmore scotch will work here but it has a lighter peaty taste. Other orgeats such as Liber are good. Use Coco Lopez. Any vanilla syrup can be used.

    1½ Laphroaig cask strength scotch (Scotland 117 proof)
    ½ Cocchi Di Torino vermouth (Italy 32 proof)
    ½ fresh pressed pineapple juice
    ½ fresh lemon juice
    ½ Giffard orgeat (France)
    ½ Coco Lopez (Dominican Republic)
    ¼ whipping cream
    1tsp handcrafted vanilla syrup
    4drps Xocolatl bitters
    1dsh Angostura
    Whip 2 one inch clear cubes, strain into coconut mug filled with ice, speared Luxardo cherry, straw

      If you've got an old peaty bottle of scotch laying around, try it on this one. So unique and really good...
