Just because Cohen is aggrieved, doesn't mean he's not telling the truth about his former boss. If anything, it shows he has incentive to air the laundry. Yes, this will be taken into account and that's why Cohen has credibility issues, but there is evidence from others that paint the same picture. Cohen is only a tiny part of the case.
