Absolutely amazing 7 day canoe trip with great weather, no bugs, breath taking back country through deep clear lakes that connected through trails that didn't disappoint with beautiful wildflowers to log jam runs. The swimming Moose and singing of nature's sounds gave way to a tranquil ombeance. The list could go on and on..... Thank you so much for your video just amazing armchair view.

Such good times and making memories together! Fun to not have to meet a schedule and just live on the waters for a time!!! The lake I live on is real deep yet the waters are as warm as they ever get.. so it takes a few minutes to take the plunge... but I'm a wimp... LOLOL!

I really like these more easy going recreational paddles. Forgetting the stress of doing mega kms per day, having to be at certain campsites on particular days, setting up in the dark, and having to reach a destination on xx day. This is my kind of camping.

Why leave a good campsite after only one day. You are not different from most others - I do not agree with them either. I prefer to send my time with my wife at a good campsite & not interested in a marathon

Hello Baird Family, Heather and Bella are back......yeaaaah!!! Many interesting small animals encountered along the way: large tadpoles of toad, blue dragonflies , common loons, but also moos and a shy baribal. A resting week, with some demanding portage and a spiteful wind .... and fishes that did not want to be in a pan 😀. Thanks. Wanda - from Kanaltal North FVG.

So relaxing to watch. Blueberries bring back memories growing up in central north Minnesota. Lots of blueberry bogs we called them. Our family would can around 100 quarts every summer to use all winter.

hello! c'était dangereux ce grand canyon..mais empreint d'histoire..très très belle vidéo..sur grand écran, avec la traduction, beaucoup mieux ..sourire..Heather telle une sirène fend les flots..Bella aussi..Ted le gardien...Bella avec sa poche, on ne s'en lasse pas..tu chausses du combien Heather?...moi du 36 et demi..très facile pour se chausser, en fait au rayon enfant..et c'est moins cher!!..des petits pieds..mais un fichu caractère!!...superbe vidéo les amis!!..que c'est beau!!

Awesome trip and video, Ted! I went on my first solo backcountry trip there a couple weeks ago and I absolutely loved it! It was my first time backcountry camping, and first time in Temagami. It's an absolutely incredible area! I spent my first night on the same island site that you guys made it to on day two :) There's no way to capture the pure, rugged beauty of that place on film, but you did a damn great job trying!

My husband and I have been enjoying your videos. We recently discovered your channel while searching for videos on Northern Ontario. Though we live in the US, we are lucky enough to own a camp on Matagamasi lake. You picked a great area to canoe. BTW.....I saw the video with "Kukagami Kyle" I have known his family since I was a small child. My time spent at the Sportsman's Lodge is responsible for me loving your country. Your experiences with Heather and Bella make your videos a pleasure to watch.

What an awesome video beautiful area's of Temagami your canoeing Those camp spots are epic with great views of the water and landscape. That is a rind around the brie and I have heard you can eat that as well, Bella is so cute and entertaining helping herself to the blueberry's , bringing mama her kibbles and trying to steal your food and very happy to do it lol. the canyon was amazing loved it. the things one can see while canoeing in that area WOW !. Carl falls area was gorgeous. just like a post card very nice . This was an amazing adventure thanks for bringing us with you

I have had dogs disappear into the woods in the past before as you did for 8 hrs or so not knowing when or if they would return as it was a random spot not from a base camp even lol. Stressful for sure
