2005 Nissan Murano Not Charging Part 1

Called to do an alternator and a battery but i wanted to test first to see if it really needed the alternator before doing it. Didn't really have to look too hard to find the issue... visual inspection...

The funny part is, The father chose to replace the alternator anyway... Then I get a call and I had to diagnose it again... He put a bad brand new alternator in LOL. So this time it actually did need an alternator
