  • Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers ended the Green Bay Packers' season on their own turf, claiming the title of NFC Champions and advancing forward to face the Kansas City Chiefs for the Super Bowl. Colin Cowherd talks what the loss means for Aaron Rodgers, and how much blame the veteran quarterback deserves for the loss. Plus, the Kansas City Chiefs are headed back to the Super Bowl after they defeated a talented Buffalo Bills team for the AFC Championship. Colin praises Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs, and lays out why he believes they are simply 'better than everybody else'.

Packers fan here... I really disagree this was a team loss. He once again watched his team fall apart around him, and yet He played better than Brady did. How can you blame him... The refs inconsistent playcalling heavily benifitted the Bucs, Aaron Jones (who supposedly a top ten RB) didn't show up at all actually hurt the team by fumbling, Mike Pettine made one of the worst defensive calls in history giving up a free 7 points before the half, LeFleur looked like a skinny Mike McCarth.....had a chance to tie it and instead gave the ball back to Brady (among other calls), was under pressure almost every play, I could keep going. He could of done better (which you could literally say about every loss for every qb ever) but still how can you watch everything that went against him in that game and blame him? That's not even mentioning the fact that he's the only high profile QB who's team pretty much refuses to get weapons for. Just once I'd like to see him play poorly and still get carried to the Super Bowl, like Brady has several times including this year, or Manning in his final year since apparently that is what makes you the GOAT. Not trying to take anything away from how great Brady has been, but constantly blaming Rodgers for not single handedly beating teams with better rosters and better coaching is getting old in my book, no other Quarterback overcomes those odds on a regular basis, not even Brady, so why is he expected to? If he did he truly would be the greatest. I hope he is able to get off of this team so he can join a team that treats him like the Chiefs treat Mahomes, or the Bucs treat Brady. I'm a Packers fan but I'm sick of watching this team waste his career I hope he goes to the 49ers.

Aaron Rodgers' stat padding cost them the game. The second they get close to the goal line out comes Rodgers throwing TD's from the 1 and 2 yard line. LaFleur couldn't call a run on 1st or 2nd down to move the ball, cos that's robbing Rodgers of a chance for his TD. Also why Rodgers didn't think to run, cos who cares about QB sneak TD's? He wanted the pass. LaFleur kicked the FG from the 8 rather than throw for the endzone again to just keep his team in the game.

Rodgers had 3 opportunities to take the game home. Ah yes I love when we ignore the other parts of the game, Green Bay defense had a chance to avoid a score in the first half but they didn’t pick off Brady when it was there for the taking, Aaron Jones had the chance to only have one fumble but oh no he fumbled twice instead. St brown had the 2 point conversion in his hands but he dropped it. So yes Rodgers had opportunities but so did his defense. And so did his skill players. I wonder why Aaron is so reliant on adams who even he dropped a touchdown that he’s more than capable of catching. Players for Aaron do the opposite that players for Brady do and that’s what it all comes down to. They choke in big games. Bostic in 2014 just to name one. It’s not fair, but nothing is when facing Brady. He has an amazing way of coming up super lucky.
