i've been going back and forth between milwaukee pack out and tough system. This 2.0 just sold me and answered all my concerns about the first tough system. The bigger wheels and detachable handle are exactly what i wanted.

Huge improvement. The reason I have a packout is because I was so unhappy with my original toughsystem. It looks like they worked out all of the problems I experienced. I still do love how stout and heavy duty my PO systems are though. I am on my third. This Dewalt definitely steps into the ring though.

Years ago (in 2010) I bought a Makita set as I did like a design, but nowadays I think dewalt's design is better, but unfortunately I have got a full set of Makita which is still running great. When I start thinking about the storage I bought Makita boxes and just 1 box of dewalt t stack. Since I tried dewalt box, I have never used makita boxes anymore. Now I've got about 20 dewalt t stack items and hardly could imagine that something could be better before I've seen this video. Absolutely excellent idea! Definitely will buy some!

Being able to remove the handle on the big box for storing in your truck bed if it has a tonneau cover is a nice touch as I had that problem with my 1.0 system and ended up taking the handle off for that reason which meant I needed to use a regular hand truck to transport the tough system around when stacked since I was sadly too cheap to buy the Dewalt one. Mainly because the Dewalt one didn't have enough hand truck weight capacity for my needed applications using it as a hand truck and there for would be a redundant tool since I carry an 800 LB hand truck on my truck.

Very keen to get an in-person look at these. 20% more interior space is the selling point for me. Originals lost a lot of space making room for the side rack handles. So I'm guessing they're larger front to back... since they still fit on the same racks?
DeWalt *DESPERATELY* needs to re-design the L-cart though!!! I've totally re-done mine (a considerable effort) and would love to give DeWalt notes. Larger 10" wheels _BEHIND_ the cart. And a handle which doesn't extend past the side profile of the boxes.

That's a huge improvement over the first, love the interior stage separators. For now I would go with the pack out is a smoking deal at 199.

Pretty sure we will see a future video in the works, comparing the old vs. new tough system radios and then the vs. of the new Milwuakee Packout radio, which looks like a beast!
