Those slim cassettes (I'm assuming they're called) look pretty slick in each of those rooms! I don't think I've seen them before.. Any maintenance or repair concerns with those?
If the fan dies or they leak. Also depending on how the condensate is routed out of the house there might be a pump.
Great looking install! Those heads are great for retro applications/low ceilings. The built in pump makes these a great choice for retro-fit applications.

Very clean
Going into the service entrance door on line side of the MSP is Insane lol. Clean install but doubt that passes any inspection. Breaking the UL listing of that MSP. Also I'm sure somewhere in the greenbook this isn't allowed either. As far as the rest of the install looks...... clean. GJ

@@kingbilliam2654 doesn't the noise from the pump contantly working drive people crazy vs the gravity drain of ac wall unit? Any suggestions this drives me craaaazy at night.
@@kingbilliam2654 lazy? If you can gravity drain with out a pump, then do it. I think the IPC requires condensate to either go in the sanitary drain, a gravel pit outside, or connected to a drain outside. If you can avoid a pump, avoid them.
@@kingbilliam2654 you have a short memory. Your comment said lazy installers. I questioned how they could be lazy by doing a gravity drain instead of using the pump.
@@kingbilliam2654 there is nothing lazy about using a laundry drain for condensate. That is perfectly acceptable and is one less wall penetration. All you have to do is scroll up and read your comment that you posted. You asked, I explained, no need to make a stink over it.
