I like your bucket list! I'd like to meet Willie, too, but I did meet Tim. My daughters and I took a class from him, and he and Mario are exactly as you see them online. They're personable, funny, and very passionate about what they do. I hope one day you'll be able to meet them, too!

I worked for the Chairman of a Chemistry Department at a university for about 3 years and let me tell you ... chemists are amazing!!! As for how things react to one another, I play in my studio with a "What if" attitude. LOL What if I do this ... what if I add that. I enjoy my what if game. Ha!
I’ve been using my oxide sprays on top of bubbles, that I blow with a straw onto the paper of my art journal- the results are stunning. Thank you !!!!
I did learn (the hard way) don't dab it too soon or you'll honestly just wipe it off. Love this stuff!

Thank you! IMPORTANT QUESTION: WHY AREN’T PEOPLE USING THESE OXIDE SPRAYS TODAY? The one product that I thought I should buy the whole line and no videos using them. Certainly changed my purchasing impulses forever.😢
I find personally I prefer the original sprays. I like the clear colour vs the oxide effect. I did make a few videos using them on the channel.

I love the look of the sprays - both of them - now after you get this great look (i.e., for a card) we cover it up with a stamp or a die cut. I would like to see Tim show us how to let the creation remain and still be able to add a greeting .
I hope to one day meet him and take a class from him! His 2019 release from S.A. was INSANELY BEAUTIFUL and sooooo PERFECTLY AWESOME!

I'd love to know how Oxide spray goes on top of dried acrylic. I'm a model maker, and this looks like it has amazing potential for ageing/weathering/fading effects

Tim just said don't just use new ie the newest colors of distress oxide use the old as well. However, most sellers of the older products don't carry certain colors any more. We are now forced to use only the new colors. Personally, I want to use the colors I love.

How do you get these great videos so up close and personal? Do you have special dispensation at events like this one? So terrific!
We have been attending this show for 11 years and are familiar with all of the designers. We know when Tim will be demoing and we arrive early to get our spot front and centre so we can bring you the best videos.

When I saw that these were being released, I was not interested. I have the ink pads, and love them, but did not think these would have any use for me. I love how they react with the dye ink spray. I will definitely be getting a few of these.
Wish he hadn't gone on and on about the students who had misinterpreted his instructions. He should have said remove the cap, not the top. I might have done the same thing. The interaction with Amy Tangerine's mom was adorable.

Why are your products becoming discontinued
If I try and use a blending tool with the Oxide Sprays, it mills the paper. Doesn't happen with the pads. Any thoughts? Or are sprays just not formulated to be able to be used with blenders?
The sprays are wet and aren’t designed to be blended that way. But once they dry you can use the blender with inks on top of them.

No - just our iPhone with a selphie stick.
What if it gets on your skin ? Know matter what use ... its not easy to remove. A bit dissapointed with it
I really like the oxides, but still don't have any. I am hoping they will come out in minis
Tim said they won't because the formula doesn't do well in those tiny pads. But you never know what the future may bring.

As much as I love Tim, wasn't too impressed with him repeating his point about how to take off the top. These are your customers and fans who may watch this. I'm sure they'd have been embarrassed enough at time. First times he's come across as arrogant with some of the remarks he made. Great product though that I. Sure will be a winner
I don't think he was being arrogant. It was just a funny incident that he wanted to share. We all have them 😉
I don’t think he meant it that way- he said “my bad” about not being specific enough about which top to remove. I could have possibly been a person who would have done this! Only because when using sprays with glitter or metallic pigments, they warn you to shake side to side so the glitter doesn’t clog up the straw part of the bottle. So if you want to cheat and shake it faster, it would seem you want to remove the top (and straw part) to prevent that. It was an easy mistake to make! And a lesson to Tim as well.

They're magical! They're not meant to be vibrant, the oxidization is meant for that old antiqued look.
U should see it on black cardstock. It looks like a galaxy. So i am impressed
