i remember when i first played stardew years ago that i gave the broken glasses to harvey because i thought they were like his lost ones and he’d be happy… no. he wasn’t. and i was broken.
Omg let me guess, Super Meal? I had that too just today! I was working up to 7 hearts with Kent only to find it as the daily special in the saloon, which was a nice surprise but does mean the poor guy might not hear from me for awhile again.. 😅
Make sure to invest in those friendships to get recipes. The last two items it asks for are recipe foods. It took me forever to figure out he was asking for pale broth, a recipe obtained from Marnie.

Random tip: the broken cd's are actually incredible as a coal efficient source of refined quartz in the early game. Save all of it and feed it through a recycler to get more early game bars.
There's honestly so much in Stardew that that's part of the charm; you never stop discovering new things to try & explore! No matter how long you've played or spent reading the wiki, there's usually still things to uncover!

Never disregard cds and newspaper. Throw those in the recycling machine and you can get coal and refined quartz
And sometimes cloth! Early game cloth can be really useful.
And torches! Which may not be that useful o guess... But free torches?

@@eitakouyou can get it from any of the trash fished up. Driftwood gives you 3 torches for the most part. Some have chances to give coal.

the broken CDs and newspaper are good you just need the recycling machine 🥰. broken CDs give you refined quarts and the newspaper can give you cloth.
