When a screw falls down you have to count how much it jumps. In my case, if there is more than 3 jumps, the screw is lost forever under the cabinet :D

I keep a magnet in a plastic bag for waving across the floor for small screws.

Pro tip:
When you lose a screw and can't find it use led flash light parallel or 20° with the ground while swiping left and right, screws or any small object you might loose because "Done with the wind" will shine like a diamond on the floor from the light.
I used to lose a lot of screws and small object as well when I worked at a phone repair shop. 🤗
This is what I always do! You either get a sparkle or a shadow and they are much easier to see.

Hi there Thank you for uploading all these informative videos - truely appreciate it. I wonder if you could advise....Ive been trying to repair an ipad 4 with a digitizer issue...resolved fault yo be the fpc connector. Struggled to remove faulty connector - managed yo finally with broad solder iron tip and flux and more flux! . Now removed it....phew all pads still present and intact. I have attempted to coat each pad with solder but xan seem to get the right temperature or type of solder to get the connector to bond to the pcb pads...Ive been using a hand held airstation, with Solder Wire 63/37. Can you suggest whats not happening here....to get this far ...thanks in advance.

You can sweep the floor with a magnet, or a long strip of magnetized metal (to magnetize : brush it against a strong magnet )
Some of apple screws are not metal and will not stuck to magnet
Great video. I'm not sure what you charge, but the repair must of cost more than the value of the tablet? It is only a 1st gen.
