She’s suing for rent and a security deposit. The defendant admits he cheated, but his relationship with the plaintiff was growing apart. He’s countersuing for an unpaid insurance bill.

JM is unreasonable sometimes. She paid him $900 for the insurance bc she knew she owed him something. All she was asking was for the amount to be verified. He should have done that.

I was thinking the same thing. She said she just wanted him to show her the bill. Instead of doing that, Judge Mathis said you didn't ask the 1st time🤦🏽‍♀️ She said, "Yes, I did" & he told her she didn't because she paid some. That doesn't mean nothing. She paid because she knew owed something. She just didn't pay it in full because she needed proof of the actual amount!

The plaintiff is just a scorned woman. Understandably so because the defendant was with her best friend as well as others. Plaintiff was getting tired of Mathis but I knew that she would win.
