    Mine frozed up and would nt play sound/pair. Used your tips to clear everything then used the Bose App to re connect. Fixed!

    hi, thanks for the video. My headset has another issue, which is the light is not working anymore, I have tried plugging the USB in and remove it, but it didn't work anymore. what kind of issue it could be? Thanks a lot !

    Yo mines saying to an phone that i dont know about i disconneced every phone with bluetooth and.plus on my android it says need an app to start this device it dont work

    The green light is on and isn’t turning off. When I try to charge it it flashes orange for about 30 seconds then goes back to a green light!
