Bose qc30 exchange of headband and covers. Closeup of cables/pinout

- This is my tips/experience with exchanging the headband and covers for Bose QC30. Additionally a closeup with microscope of the connecting cables to the motherboard. With the right side cable connection I'm not 100% sure as I lost the picture that was taken before desoldering. 3 pins in the middle row are a best guess connection but till now I haven't found any problems with it. if found will update description and comments section..

im depended on these to be able to ride motorcycle because of my tinnitus. unfortunately they were stored with 10% power all winter and it seems the battery life took a hit. is there any replacement product for this? all i find are pods and they are not suitable for motorcycle riding, nor is the batterylife great
Bose qc20 and qc30 are the only models that have their batteries externaly newer ones are as pods .. try to replace the battery or jump start it when you open it and get access to battery contacts
