    Para comprar propiedades inmuebles es importante recurrir siempre a un escribano/notario y verificar el título de propiedad en el Registro Público y Catastro antes de hacer la compra - todo el sistema aún se está modernizando así que es un poco lento.
    No es recomendable hacer contratos privados entre el comprador y propietario vendedor sin pasar por el Registro Público con un traspaso oficial verificado; lo mismo para los automóviles usados - verificar en el registro del automotor.
    Lo de los precios es libre mercado - los precios no están regulados, oferta y demanda sin intervención Estatal, como explicó el entrevistado: la necesidad y el mercado son los que fijan los precios.
    Saludos.

    What are the best websites to start looking for homes and, more specifically, acreage land?

    • @ADirtCheapLifeParaguay
      @ADirtCheapLifeParaguay  Před 2 měsíci +2

      Hi - check out our Resources page on our blog for all the property websites in Paraguay. adirtcheaplife.com/resources/ . As we say in the video you are best to connect to a good agent in the area you are wanting to buy in. They will have listings that you won't find online and generally at a better price point. You can also contact Daniel regarding property as well.

    Important topic. Have u come across any developed going concern farms for sale.? Say in the sub $500k even less.
    Online theres plenty of massive priced farms for international companies.

    • @ADirtCheapLifeParaguay
      @ADirtCheapLifeParaguay  Před 2 měsíci +1

      I haven't seen any advertised with stock but there's definately farms around that are way below the 500k mark. If you're looking for big acreage the Chacos is a good place to look. Very tough life there though, much dryer and hotter than here. Get in touch with Daniel - they have larger acreage listings.

    I have not had time to look at you videos,I am currently in Thailand ,I have been married to a Thai for 37 years,I have been lucky to visit 154 countries and territories,I would love to know what took you to Paraguay?

    • @ADirtCheapLifeParaguay
      @ADirtCheapLifeParaguay  Před 2 měsíci +2

      Man, you must have some stories. 154 countries, brilliant. To answer your question briefly, all things considered we believe Paraguay offers more freedom than any other country...at this point. Who knows what tomorrow brings, but living the rest of our days under tyranny in a once supposedly free country didn't appeal to us. You may have been to NZ? With the exception of Canada, there's few other countries that have so thoroughly lost the plot than NZ.

    That Guarani is a bit scaring for me, heared they even have noise tones in their language, hard to learn I guess.

    • @ADirtCheapLifeParaguay
      @ADirtCheapLifeParaguay  Před 2 měsíci +2

      Yes - many people who moved here a long time ago still can't speak Guarani - some can understand it though.

    In Paraguay minimum how much amount required to purchase property

    • @ADirtCheapLifeParaguay
      @ADirtCheapLifeParaguay  Před 2 měsíci +2

      Depends what you consider to be a property. If you were looking for a 2brm house on a standard sized block you could pick something up for around $50k AUS.

    Thanks for your prompt reply,so I totally agree with you the west has lost the plot,from open borders in the USA to Europe,have you seen what they are doing to Ireland,you know in the uk the only people who can be legally discriminated against is the white person,mi5 thesecurity service has just had some internships,but no white people,same with south wales police ,British transport police,Islington council in London,have funding but not if you are white,I have done charity work in Lesotho in Southern Africa for the last 5 years, so I am hardly a white supremacist,I have never been to New Zealand and I have 2 cousins I have never meet in wellington,anyway good luck and if you want ask me about any about any countries I will give you my humble opinion,

      Thanks, appreciate the info. NZ has gone the same way. The global strategy to use the race angle to destroy nationalism & give control to the controllers. That's why we left. We considered it pointless to waste our lives pretending to buy into the scam that was once a nice country. You will hear about NZ soon...it will go the way of Sth Africa. It's out of control. Conversely here, we never hear about that shit. The people have not had the program rolled out on them. They don't have the racially divided mind virus. Paraguay is so far behind that it's miles ahead. For us it's just about putting ourselves in the best place to deal with what's coming down the road. Life is too short to be pawns in the WEF game of global chess. This is our form of resistance. 🙏
