You didn't install any safty items for a family in a new house, why? 3). You didn't mentioned anything about the construction matterial(quality,guaranty/robustness), why? 4). Their is energy crises in PK. What you are offering to a purchaser for the next 10-20-years? 5). You installed AC in each room :( and didn't mention about planned & required energy consumption, why? 6). Every single room or roof contains at-least 8-10 lights, why as many bulbs/lights (in bed room even)? 7). Any SINGLE item with green energy in your project? Being a western country consultant: I see CLEAR sign of poor consultancy, wastage of money, and even its dangerous for a family.

Can you please elaborate what safety issues you deem dangerous about this house and what safety precautions should have been taken that havent although I totally agree with the fact that the developer should consult as much as possible with their clientele as they are not developers themselves
