Innocuous Researcher doesn't stop abilities of any kind, so you can use removal abilities, but yeah it's a nice little "may", though it will likely telegraph what you're doing if you don't untap though you could be bluffing.

@@pistolpete7422 It does absolutely nothing during the turn it's cast, also the benefit for drawing a second card is barely anything
@@mr.wafflesrz1137 but it does give you the ability to have unlimited hand size and there are a lot of cards in that deck to let you draw a card
@@shelbysupersnake101 We have better commanders for no maximum hand size, Queza and Nekuzar are prime examples
@@mr.wafflesrz1137 I'm new, never heard of them. Would it be worth replacing the commander in this deck with one of those? Seems like this deck benefits heavily off tokens too which the existing commander helps with
