sixteen years old and serving Jesus, really bring so much joy to my heart, it so wonderful,.
During her life, Carrie Breck wrote more than 2,000 poems. One of them was this hymn, “Face to face with Christ, My Savior”.
When she finished this poem, she sent it to Grant Tullar, a friend who lived in Rutherford, New Jersey. Tullar had just written a tune for another song, but he wasn’t happy with how it went together. Then the mail came, and with it was Carrie’s poem. Amazingly, her poem fit perfectly with the tune Tullar had just composed the night before. Nothing had to be changed.
God had brought together writer and musician… words and music… to become a song.
One of my dad's favorite songs--he was a song leader - way before ministers of music or worship leaders. He went home at the age of 94 in 2014. Serving the Lord up to 3 weeks before he went. My mom went 4 months and 10 days before--they were one for 73 years in the Lord. How I miss them--I will see them again.
Betsy my dad was a song leader and choir director for many years as well! 🎵🎶 It was a blessing being in the choir under him. He always said he would serve Christ until he dropped! Well he dropped in the yard while doing yard work while my mother was sitting on the deck watching him pass. She passed 12 minutes later. We do miss them terribly but yes we have the comfort in knowing we will see them again. ✝️ Maybe sooner than we think! ♥️✝️🙏🏻

I love singing this hymn to my blessed Lord Jesus who I owe everything to because by His power and in His love, He saved me! Glory to His name. I sometimes grow so weary with daily pain and problems, but the day will come when I will see Him in all His glory!!!!

Mat 16 is when Christ returns in power and glory WITH His Saints - rev 19 - His second coming in public as in Rev 1v7.
For Our Lord to come WITH His saints they have to be with Him - 1 Thessalonians 4 v12-17.
Now we have 1 Corintians 13v12 and Our Lords certain promise John 14v1-3
Rev 21 is as it says the New Heaven and New Earth for the first had passed away. This world will be destroyed as in 1 Peter 3v7-11

My dad has just days left here on earth before he is absent from the body and present with the Lord. This was his favorite hymn.
It was june 2013 exactly has pass away, it was the last songs i sing with my mom. I still remember the eyes of my Mom when she saw me, as if there is something will separate us immediately. It's True, Unexpected day coming, 1 Month after i Graduated from University, Someone call me to tells that my Mom has Pass away, at that time the calling comes from village by the way. actually i go to schools its far from my village. But everything my mom did for support what i need at the time. Until Now i am as the one of the CEO of one Of Company its because her Blessings.
One word that she gives me to always Remember, and that's " Don't Forget for kindness of God.
