Made it for my husband. It came out, and he liked it. Question, I spray the pan which I covered with aluminum foil, when I went to brake the brittle, it was oily.

It’s probably fine and should kind of go away as it sits. Mine comes out that way too sometimes but better than sticking to the pan!
