I wish I could have found a Red One. It was a Gorgeous Shade(Crystal Red Tintcoat, is what Cadilac called it). It might have made me more willing to tolerate the Harsh uncadillac Ride the STS had

Heard those Northstar engines were no good

Early Northstar V8s blew head gaskets . Later Northstar V8s became very reliable but by the time the Northstar V8s became reliable it's reputation was ruined .

Anything from 1993 to 2005 is junk . Anything from 2006 to 2011 is good comparatly speaking.

Any year below 05 are bad, all 05 sts and up had the upgrades

​@@louisbabycos106actually the Northstar was revised in 2004 with longer headbolts on all models. Keep in mind the there is no 2004 Seville/SLS/STS. (Jumps from 2003 to new 2005 body style)
