Her full real name is Kim Jennie (김제니), but other Blackpink members call her "Jendeukie." Sometimes, she is also called "Nini. She was born on January 16, 1996 in Anyang City, located in Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. She is the only child in their family. She is the 2nd oldest member of the group. Blackpink members voted Jennie as the best cook among them. She spent five years growing up in Auckland, New Zealand. As a result of living abroad, she became a fluent English speaker. Trainees' phones are taken away for almost the entire day because they usually practice 12 am to 12 pm a day. Actual visits from family members occur rarely, if at all, and only with approval from management supervisors and once on their life when still a trainee they lived in a dorm together, and they only do grocery one a month where at some point they have to only eat scramble eggs and strawberry jam, they didn't want to ask money to their parents and revealed that they once live with cockroaches. Her full real name is Park Chaeyoung, or commonly known as Rosé but other Blackpink members call her "Chaeng." Sometimes, she is also called "Chipmunk", "Foodsé", and "Pasta" She is korean but was born on February 1997 in Auckland, New Zealand and raised in Melbourne, Box Hill, Australia. As a result of living abroad, she became a fluent English speaker with an Aussie accent. She came from a wealthy family where her Dad and Sister are International Lawyers the reason why they lived in Australia. She audition because her dad ask her to and ended being the only one who passed among more than 700 people who auditioned. Rosé started her training after moving back to Seoul from Australia. Fame runs in her family because Lisa is an only child of award-winning, honorary president of Thai Chefs Assocation and honorary member of Culinary Union of United Arab Emirates, her dad is Marco Bruschweiler a famous renowned Swiss Master Chef in Thailand and Switzerland. Her family owns a hospital and they own a culinary school. But growing up rich doesn't mean you are rich yourself, Our girl took part in an audition organised by YG Entertainment in Thailand in 2010, where she outshone the competition. Winning the first place, Lisa was the only candidate and the first non-korean artist to be accepted as a trainee at YGE beating more than 4K auditionees. Started her training for more than five years after moving back to Seoul, South Korea from Thailand. She went to Milan for Prada's fashion show. Took a 12 hour flight back to SK, and from SK, took another 4 hour flight to Japan for their last Japan Dome concert that started just a few hours after she landed. But seeing her on stage during that concert you would never guess she just came from a 16 hour flight. Her energy was overflowing. She never ever gave less. And that is not the only time that she had back to back flights between countries to attend a show or interview or conference. During her trip to Paris, she had a 12hrs flight, cameras shoved to her face, barely got space to breathe yet she was smiling, taking fans gifts, signing albums and interacting with everyone and taking pictures with them. Not even a slight look of being annoyed but just a pure soul being thankful and humble as ever.
HER PASSION AND DETERMINATION
We may not see it all but even the dance practices of the group and her solo performances she gives 100% effort. Other members said they would train from 12pm-12am, but lisa would stay up until 3-4am to train. She keep herself grounded--with the amount of fame she is getting right now from all over the world, she remains humble. She doesn't think of herself as a big celeb. You would see her eat street foods, or stop by a small store at the sidewalk to eat ice cream, hang out with her childhood friends. She still does what normal people do. The first thing she post on her IG after attending fashion show is guess what? Her cats. It's her birthday, and what did she post on her IG story? Her cats. At the Elle Magazine interview, she said she feels happy rather than realizing popularity.
SHE'S GRATEFUL and APPRECIATIVE
If you didn't know, Lisa has the richest fans. Like really really rich. One fan spent hundred thousand of dollars for a birthday led ad on 9 Buildings in 9 cities in 9 days. But you know what, regardless of the price, Lisa would still jump for joy getting gifts from fans. There's no gift too grand or too simple for her. Unfortunately, on October 2021 YG Entertainment post a letter saying that Blackpink will not anymore accept gifts from fans only written letters, BP want their fans to use their money for good cause and to people who needs help, like a donation or charity).
HER GENUINE HEART
BLACKPINK donated 40 million won or 34,000 USD to the victims of fire in South Korea. In December 2018 they were awarded prize money of 20 milliom won or 17,000 USD by Elle Styles Awards, but being angels they are they donated the amount to low-income household and another 20 million to low income single-parent household in South Korea. Lisa donated 200,000 baht or 8,000 USD to the victims of flood in Thailand she donated it quitely without any intention of media attention. She was scammed by her former manager for about 1billion won or 820,000 USD, she keep it and settle it privately. She created a CZcams channel as a way to give back to her fans. She also helped and supported Education in her hometown. She contributed to the education of Thai students and worked out support from the Korean Foundation for International Cultural Exchange to set up a learning centre. Earlier this year 2022, Blackpink along with other YG Artists and Actors donated 500M KRW or 400K USD to help with the recovery of wildfire damage in South Korea. Lisa also supported a charitable restaurant organisation whose meal profit 100% go to charities. Our Lisa does things for a good cause. i guess i'm kinda late to the party but in case if you guys wanna know a bit more about these 4 powerful ladies in an in-depth context then as what i said in my previous recommendation i'd still encourage you guys to spare some of your free time, goes to NETFLIX and watch these particular documentary film called "BLACKPINK LIGHT UP THE SKY" (NOTE: it's only an over 1 hour long documentary so it doesn't cover up the whole detailed-history about them as a whole thing)...
Also those documentary wasn't necessarily made for a reaction's content but well if want to then you could always try to post it on youtube with some tricky stuff.
Of course it'll be nearly impossible just to pull out a full-lenght NETFLIX review to your channel but some reactors sometimes turns their 'B.L.U.T.S' review into a 30-40 minutes highlight and others oftenly split those full-lenght review into 4 different parts (each part will be around 20-30 minutes)...
But if that's too much to your own liking then just casually watch those documentary on your own off-camera...

Among the biggest labels in Kpop, BLACKPINK's company (YG ENTERTAINMENT) doesn't skimp out on the budget for all their artists' videos. YG ENTERTAINMENT by the way is the biggest label in Kpop and in South Korea known for their hip-hop roots. Hip-hop is YG's signiture, that's why artists like BLACKPINK has such very good charisma in live performances and especially in rap. Of course they pay attention to vocals and dance too but rap is where they specialize in and YG artists' stage presence are insane!! Among the big label in KPOP, YGE is known for spending the most on their astists' videos. KPOP who worked in K-industry were interviewed unanimously mentioned how YG does not play around their videos and spend maybe too much (for some people) on their artists' outfits.
This is especially true for BLACKPINK. BLACKPINK music videos are known for NOT using CGI and green screen at all (the only one known is one of their debut tracts "WHISTLE"). They'd rather build multiple physical sets and use practical effects (if you're interested, they have the behind the scenes of every music video they did. They named them "Making Film", it's on their youtube channel. Just search up the music video + making film).
YG ENTERTAINMENT (their label) really said: Music video? Nah. If we didn't spend at least 10M USD it aint a legit a music video. Let's just call it a perfromance instead.

Her flows, and clarity also. Some western/american youtubers who loves raps, easily pointed her out, mostly because of her flows similar to western artists/rappers. Knowing how skillful her adaptation and being known as chameleon..she definitely incorporates it in their musicality. Also, YG talents are said to train way differently from other kpop groups. Their trainings are diversed and lean more unto western music. That says so as well with their music producer Teddy as he spent his younger years in the US. So rapping isn’t about position or designation. It’s also about how you deliver accordingly as a performer. And audience don’t care about positions. If they know you have it, praise comes naturally.

TOPIC: BLACKPINK JISOO
Her full real name is Kim Jisoo, but other Blackpink members call her "Jisoo Unnie." Sometimes, she is also called "Turtle Rabbit Kim". She was born in January 3, 1995 in Gunpo, a city in the province of Gyeonggi, South Korea. She has an older brother and an older sister, she is the youngest but in the group she is the oldest. She came from a wealthy family where her dad is a CEO of a company. Even though she came and grow up in a rich family our girl manage to take her own path and she auditioned in YG Entertainment, one of the Big 3 or the biggest Record Label and Entertainment Company in South Korea. She trained for 5 years and 3 months since July 2011. She is the only Korean member to be born-and-raised in South Korea. After being trained for more than 5 years she finally debuted as the main visual, and lead rapper of BLACKPINK.
TAKE NOTE: The American record labels and Korean record labels are completely different. In America, a label will scout you and pick you up as an artist. In Korea, you audition at a company in hope of being a trainee. If you pass and become a trainee, you train for years in sing/rapping and dancing and other things to debut. The company will then decide whether or not they’ll debut you in a group or as a solo artist. You debut with people you’ve been training with. Blackpink started training together since they were 14-15 years old, trained for 4-10 years and they debuted in August 2016. Blackpink when signing contract in their company it states that they are fobidden in 6 things: drinking, smoking, clubbing, driving, plastic surgery and dating.

HER CHEERFUL AND LOVABLE PERSONALITY
She has a 4D personality and she is the social butterfly of the group. She laughs a lot and jisoo likes giving random nicknames to people, and she's the one who gave Jennie the name Jendukie and Lisa the Limario. According to Jennie, Lisa and Jisoo is the mood maker of the group. Jisoo loves telling dad Jokes which made her also the most crackhead one of the group she is a kind of person who is lively that could possibly light up your day.
HER BEING A MOM FIGURE TO THE GIRLS
She is the mom of the group and would be the person blackpink members would lean on. She is a de facto leader in the group, as the group decided to not have an official one. Many blinks know that the girls only saw her cry once. In the neflix documentary "Light Up the Sky", Teddy Park told that despite working with Blackpink over all these years, he's seen Jisoo cry just once. That explains a lot because jennie said that if ever jisoo has a very feminine personality they wouldn't be them today because they need someone to be like their light on those dark times and i hate the fact that many ot3 stans undervalued jisoo but blackpink will always be four.
HER BEING CARING FOR BLINKS
During her vlive she learned that many blinks skipped meals just to attend and wait for the them early. BLACKPINK have donated 40M KRW (34,000 USD) for restoration of the highland and to help support the victims of Sokcho forest fire. According to the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association, on 8th April, Blackpink members Lisa, Jennie, Rosé, and Jisoo donated 10M KRW each to their organisation. When the wildfire occurred on the evening of the 4th, Blackpink said, "we sympathise with the pain of the residents of the Gangwon area," they also cancelled their comeback press conference meeting which was scheduled the next day. In Dec 2018 they were awarded prize money of 20M KRW (16,790 USD) by Elle Styles Awards, but being angels they are they donated the amount to low-income and single-parent household in South Korea. And they donated another 20M KWR.
