As they're hiring you as an individual, they would also like to know you as a person and also your soft skills. And in the video the interviewer asked about, "What's your biggest regret?" which can include anything wrong which you have committed in the past and repented and tried to learn from it. In a job, you also need to have emotional intelligence therefore, the interviewer would want to get a glimpse of your personal life too

There is work ethic, culture, etc. but nothing is personal related. I would NEVER pull examples from my personal life since I have WORK experience. I would stick to the topic of why I’m there, which is WORK. I’m not there for personal reasons. And you should too. Keep those spheres separate. I don’t have any work life regrets either, just like the original poster. Why? Because I actually use my brain and I am thoughtful, analytical and strategic in my life.
