Did you connect the idle solenoid shut off valve? When it wouldn't idle I thought that perhaps you may have forgotten about it.

Hi I’m pretty sure I did put it on but if I forgot that could have been the problem. All that matters is that it works well now and a rebuilt carb is much better than an old dirty one.😆
