Actually if I'm right, Star Trek Online was "weening" the STD'verse to a minimum because so many players left the game, this event focuses more on current Prime universe and the Mirror Terran universe. It would have been nice to see Gowron instead of who ever that "fake" Klingon woman was.
If you really want to liven up conversations, remind folks why "C'Q"'er exists in the first place. I for one am hip to her call sign by the way. In the movie 'Contact' she never gets a response as a kid. Yeah, right.

The developers who were ruining the game is gone (Borticus gone) The current event will reward a T6 infinity ship, 2 free C store ship coupons and 1500 lobi, all 3 after the event. You missed a good Mudd bundle, it actually had account wide unlocks for the TOS Dreadnought and it's variants as well as the Temporal dreadnought (if you liked the Enterprise J)
im so behind on this game. i think there was an item squish? when i logged in i had some shitty quests with burnham and the guardian portals. i think i had like 10 hp. kept getting 1 shotted. wasnt fun. before that last time i played, i believe it was delta rising or the dyson sphere. either way, i have zero idea how to get caught up and do current content so i dont get pwned every time

Unfortunately, STD "discovery" was over hyped a while in the game. But the true Klingons are back and Worf, Gowron (actually voiced by the actor) are "back" and been back. That was one of the dark sides of the game, too much STD fanboy hype and it bit them in the butt
Because that’s L’Rell, the Klingon chancellor from Discovery. Worf, Gowron, and Martok are also in the gage any look like themselves. The game has TNG, TOS, Kelvin, and Discovery Klingons. All are represented. It’s not just about the kind you like.

There are more stories in the game where our Klingons actually do better, they re-vamped Warf, and one quest has the return of Gowlron and actually portrayed by the actual actor. I didn't want to actually spoil it, but our true Klingons still there. That's why I'm glad Word's grandson was not messed up in the game.

Unfortunately, the developers are to know that answer. From what I read back in 2016, the game was first developed by Atari, kind of rushed (which is what the Enterprise F looks like a giant dead frog on a shovel, actually canon since it's on Picard season 3) and the developers said something like "we'd have to rebuild the game from ground up and would not be able to keep saves or progress" or something like that, and all the folks who put money in the game would lose everything. We knew Gearbox would do nothing... After all, Gearbox are pathetic for what they did to Aliens Colonial Marines. Which is why I'm glad Gearbox is gone. The new developers who'll take over STO hinted good changes are coming.
