September will mark 1 full year with my white gold love bracelet. I don’t baby mine at all, and have been accused of being borderline wreck less with it. It’s been in salt water, gotten sun block and cologne on it, banged into door frames you name it. I love it, and think it looks great “well loved”. Luxury items like this are meant to be worn, get ‘em dirty and appreciate the pieces for what they are!

As far as travelling and going through the walk through metal detector, I use my other hand to cover the bracelet and it usually doesn’t go off. I actually leaned this trick from a TSA employee who told me to just cover my bracelet with my hand.
I just got one and am planning to wear it 24/7 too.

Very nice review. I have white and yellow gold for six years in my wrist and I never take them off. Your bracelet looks so much better than mine. Mine are almost matte on the bottom and they have so much scratches because I work alot with my hands and I don't really baby them. I like the "worn out and scratched" look. I love them and I can't imagine my wrist without them. I would like to send them to cartier to polish them but it would be wierd to see my "naked" wrist 😁

Wonderful and informative video!! Thank you for this! 🥰 I've been wearing my Love Bracelet for a little over 2 years now and I have never removed it even once since I put it on. I got the small version in size 15 because the original one looked too bulky on my really thin wrists. Even with the size 15, it's still loose enough that I can actually turn the bracelet around at the base of my wrist! I love where & how it sits on my wrist though, so thank goodness for that. And I actually like that I can turn it around whenever I want. I tend to scratch the bottom side more than the top so I turn it around here and there to balance it out. 😂 It was definitely awkward at first since I wasn't used to having anything on my wrist 24/7 but like you said, you kinda just get used to it and now I don't even really notice it anymore. After watching this video I do wonder just how dirty it is under there though lol but I probably will still never remove it unless I have to so I'm glad I haven't been in a situation where it's required. Though I do carry around the little screwdriver whenever I travel, just in case. I still get paranoid whenever I see those full-body scanners at airports and in certain building entrances but so far I haven't triggered any of them yet and here's hoping I never do! 😂👍

But over time I couldn't be bothered so I stopped doing that too. Now it's just exposed 24/7 no matter what I'm doing. I'm extra careful when cleaning though since I'm paranoid about cleaning products/chemicals possibly getting on it.

I know right? Rosegold is a mixed metal, so when some oxidize it changes the appearance a little 😉
My wife has 3 of them. 2 in yellow, and 1 in white. She’s worn 1 of the yellow 24/7 for nearly 3yrs, so needless to say it’s full of character/scratches.
I have 2 of them with the 4 diamonds, and I hardly wear either. I prefer the new look, therefore I only wear mine when I plan on being a bit more pronounced.
I wore my yellow gold one once with my Apple Watch, and it scratched the same day… So never again, LOL!

I just wanted to ask you if you have noticed your rose gold sort of fading over time? I’ve seen a few comments about rose gold starting to resemble yellow gold over time.
I have a love ring in pink gold that I have owned for 4 years but it’s kept it’s colour.
I’ve never owned a bracelet from cartier, and tossing up between yellow and rose gold.
Awww. I am so excited for you, Daniella! Well, the Cartier RG definitely tends to change its color due to oxidization, quicker than some the other brand, from what I could remember. If you super like the more red look, it could not be the most ideal. However, knowing that you bought the RG, you’ll tend to feel at ease that it isn’t YG. To RG’s defense, the YG is a lot more noticeable & not close to looking pink whatsoever. ✨

Ahhh, that is not The Perlee bracelet 😛 it was a handmade one from a friend 😊 it’s has a simple stretchy string that linked all the beads together.

I’ve noticed that the two of them do wear & tear on each other due to them touching constantly. I’d love your advice on how to properly stack them ☺️
Excellent question 🤩 & I have asked for professionals opinion on this too, and the best way is to wear the nail head away from the love, so the bottom side of the JUC stays flash with the love. This will prevent potential deformation on the nail head 🤓 Ultimately, you should wear it however you like✨You can also minimize the overlapping risks by choosing a similar sizes, best if you could try it before buying. For your reference: the love bracelet I have is 17cm & the JUC is 16cm.

Hi! Love how informative your video was! I had a quick question. Is this the type of bracelet that you can take off yourself or do you need help to take it off? I usually am really good at taking off bracelets with a clasp but I’m not sure how easy it would be to take off/put on this kind of bracelet.
I need someone to help me take it off but you might be able to do it yourself if you’re careful and gradually loosen each side as you remove

Hello! Do you have any issues with the screws loosening up? Do you have to keep tightening them?
No, luckily the screws haven't become loose on mine. But it is an issue some experienced. The boutique is great with taking care of such problems though.
My rose gold Cartier bracelets leave my wrist with black/green stains. Has that happen to you? I was told Rose gold has more copper mixed in it than yellow gold and some people’s skin can turn greenish black. I am one of those people :( something to do with how your skin mixes with the rose gold or the ph balance

Hi...so what your saying is that when I go thru security while traveling etc...the alarm will go off, or did I hear you wrong? I was told by Cartier that the alarm will not go off due the bracelet being solid gold....
It might happen but it’s not absolute that it will happen. However, it did happen to me a couple of times. In general, gold is a metal and metal detectors detect metal... Your SA will of course comfort you to close a sale or make your feel good about owning your piece.

Hi your video was very helpful and give me more information about the bracelet. I recently bought the Cartier love bracelet in yellow gold in original size, I have a few more questions since you’re quite knowledgeable my wrist Measures 17 cm or just a bit less 16 something cm. I did get fitted at the Cartier boutique and they suggested size 18 or size 19 now this is my first day putting it on end it feels quite uncomfortable because I am the type of person to take off my jewelry at night. so my question or the most important question I want to know is I did get size 18 because I did like the more fitted look and for it not to completely roll down my arm but now that I have it on for About five hours in and it’s feeling a little bit uncomfortable because the screw part that is on the inside is leaving Imprints on my skin is this something normal? I was thinking about exchanging it for a size 19 but I did try the size 19 in the store and I did not like how loose it was I was able to turn the bracelet comfortably while on my wrist what’s the bracelet I have now in size 18 it just feels uncomfortable for some reason but I am able to put my index finger through the bottom of the bracelet that’s on my hand any recommendations would be nice I know it’s up to the person to like a more fitted look or more relaxed look. However I am a bit of discomfort and the inside screws pushing on my skin so would you recommend me going back and exchanging it for a size 19 or is everything I’m experiencing right now with the size 17 is normal? I think I need to get used to having this on 24 /7 Because right now it’s feeling a bit annoying
It all comes down to your personal comfort. Mine also leaves marks just like you described it but I'm ok with it. If it were to push and rub against my wrist bone that would be a different scenario. There is no right or wrong here. It's your personal preference and style and you should feel comfortable with it. Even though it takes some time getting used to carrying a solid piece of metal around your wrist all day every day.

it will set off the metal detector but... as I mentioned in the video, a lot of TAs recognize the piece & as long as you don’t beep else where, they’ll let you pass 😇

Personally I do not recommend the bracelet , I bought 2 and in less than a month both fall around 3-4 times , I went to Cartier , they exchanged for 2 new and the problem still the same , maybe few years before the quality with the screw was better but from my experience this piece so expensive should not have those problems
