Fucking hell THANK you. The shotgun and assault rifle immediately gave me Lancer and Gnasher vibes. I legit wish Punisher could bounce from cover to cover and peek over.

Well, that's because Venom has 3 health bars with their ult
I mean, I've never had a problem with Venom as Punisher. He has two health bars, but that shotgun brings it down in one clip. If he has an ultimate, that might be enough to stop me, though.
@@AkaiOniKing Probably a bad Venom since everyone is playing him, including the worst players. 3D printing a new healthbar is still ridiculous, IMO

Its pretty insane how the easiest character is also the best by far. Long-range hitscan, close-range tankbuster, CC-immune ult, easy vertical mobility, wallhacks...
I think people haven't learnt the harder heroes enough yet to say what is the best and what isn't

Problem with punisher is he’s good at close and long range. Ur used to closing the distance on a bastion or 76 and having a much better chance but then he shotguns ur cap back😭🤣
With Bastion, you just wait for turret form. But this man has turret form on his shotgun and ultimate LOL
He and Spiderman are my top priority to kill, and Jeff too but he can live for now.

apparently when i'm on punisher, and i ult, I get melted in an instant, same as just normal, but the enemy flats get have the capacity power of a toddler, but in my games, I get dominated xD

I think they should keep him the same but give him a passive called "moral complications" where the more kills he gets the more it speeds up the enemies progress if they have the point so there is strategy in the killing and a reason to withhold

I really want to be a Penni 1 trick, but upon playing punisher I melted the backline demons such as venom and sword lady. Instant climb. He almost seems like a must pick in low elo otherwise ur healers are getting rekt.

To me The Punisher have one of the most iconic ult voice lines in hero shooter's history.

A bunch of these ult lines are already stuck in my head. "Judge, Jury, Executioner!", "It's Spider Time!", "PYOOOOR CHAOS!", and whatever the hell Star-Lord says.
@thesalinator3557 bro I'm on the other side of the map possibly even in spawn then my ear explodes because I hear somebody a few galaxies away saying LEGAAAAAANDARYYYYYYYYYYY and I go deaf imo that ult is for distraction and deafening the enemy not killing them
I love this game, but dang, Hulk's "I'm Hulking out!" or "My turn now!" was getting old fast, especially since it's the first thing you'll every match that starts with a Bruce Banner in it
I wish Bruce when starting the game is already Hulk. There is literally no advantage or reason why he shouldn't be. At least put it as an option in the settings

It’s not easy to play The Punisher. You see, his sexy ass keeps staring at me in third person view which makes it x10 harder to aim.

He better because he was stupid. They might as well give him healing since he can do everything else. Between the close range damage, long range damage, tank busting, grappling hook to get him to places, he's immune to cc when he ults and has more health than most of the squishes without the turret to begin with. The turret also has more health than tanks.

punisher was so comically overtuned but it was so much fun to shred people
so ow1 bastion except he has torbs lvl 3 turret as his ultimate and he is soldier 76 2
he also a shotgun, a grappling hook and a smoke grenade. The word overloaded comes to mind.
He also has shotguns better than Reaper, a Rifle with far less spread than Soldier 76, A turret that is better than bastion since he doesnt die when turret dies he just gets ejected, has an ultimate that with any form of heals can ace a team

I'm so glad he didn't get 76's ult, yet, somehow, it's even more AIDS. Literally a DPS MONSTER. Safe to say, he's as good as your positioning and aiming is - and even then, I feel anyone can do good with him

Honestly had a teammate punisher go 2 and 14 then cried that he had no heals but everytime he spawned ran in for 1 v 6 and kept saying his team was throwing it was the funniest overwatch momment I've had in the game. Also punisher decimates the magic characters like Wanda and strange.

Yep the only reason echo and pharah are allowed to exist in ow is because half the roster is hitscan, which also makes these style of games lame.
They should have the flyers actually be limited in their movement but if you limit their movement in these massive maps than the game will feel terrible and if they make the maps more like overwatch maps than the 3rd person will make you feel clostiphobic.
The games just cooked, it's really fun for a day or two but than once you realise the major flaws, the game really starts going down hill fast.
Looking up is a turn off for some ig.
@@HighLanderPonyYT issue isnt looking up, its actually hitting them, most heros have projectiles or are melee so having a large portion of your heros be flyers is gonna be a massive issue for most players who dont wanna swap to heros they dont play.
Overwatch has this issue but it has so many hitscan heros that it raises the odds a hitscan hero is in most players hero pool but it also only has 2 flyers, so its just a small problem plus they have massive down time and pharahs up time was just gutted with her rework making her way more like junkrat, and than echo is arguably in the top 2 or 3 hardest dps in the game.
But coming out of the gate with multiple flying heros who have virtually no down time with very few ways to reliably deal with them, is a terrible decision, and this is what the devs meant about they dont care much for balance, ofc they're gonna tweak certain heros but overwatch has philosophies that keep many things in check, while marvel rivals dosen't and it wont be long before people are losing their minds at this stuff.
You cant just throw whatever you want into an arena shooter, unless you just wanna make a quick fun experience that dies off inna few months.

Its really his shotgun thats broken. Otherwise, I find it pretty easy to kill punisher. Up to Plat rank at least, I'd assume its less as you rank. He still dumb nice though. I'm saying he aint no god though. But the shotgun makes him OP in close quarters, I dont know much that can contend. Maybe a magneto with witch buff.
But at range? I'm downing him every single time as Hela. Whom is more OP to me. Magneto with witch is more OP. Venom is not OP, he is annoying. Punisher isn't 2 tapping anything at range.

I'd be more interested in a Marvel Hero Shooter if it wasn't so blatantly just riffing off of Overwatch. Like even just the sound effects remind me too much of OW, makes me just wanna play OW instead just bcuz I have actual investment in OW from years of playing. IDK if that's just a me thing, I'd love this idea if the execution was more original 🤷♀
