Victoria, if you made a 2hr video entirely of skin stroking sounds and calm deep breathing, I would probably listen to that every night to go to sleep and I'm sure many other would too. Super relaxing 😴

That's it! I love it, it's a fave. Cloves are great for pear recipes, too! Also great when cooking/ boiling (Cork) Irish spiced beef (Aus- silver side USA- brisket). I've only used it in cooking; I had no idea it had healing properties; you learn something new every day :)

@@mikkayo Look for Hungarian fruit soup (Fungarian site) the link disappeared. My version is a bit different. Instead of cornstarch,I use Dr. Oetker Vanilla pudding mix. It is ready real quick. I just cooked last week, used apple, sour cherry, peach (frozen) cooked in water with cinnamon, cloves,(both whole not ground) sugar, then add the vanilla mixture to some milk just to mix and some more milk to soup, boil it and it is ready. In summer we serve it cold. Heaven!
At Christmas time we stud cloves into an orange then hang it as a decoration around the house, it’s called a pomander the smell is unreal !❤
