I have enjoyed so many of these Q & A's over the years, but I think maybe this is one of my favorites. Burke's unpacking of the way some Christian's carry the burden of their sin, even once we have been born again, was quite moving and very pastoral. Wonderfully spoken and worth repeating.

Worth its weight in gold
We fall into doubting our salvation
Because we get fixated on our sins
Focus on Christ
Rest on the truth
Not on feelings
Some of us wrestle with our sins
When we read the Word and is convicted
How about focus on God's holiness and righteousness. We should mortify sin in our lives because of this.
We need to be careful not to limit the Holy Spirit where Holy Scriptures have not dictated
The Old Testament POINTS to Christ.
The New Testament REVEALS Christ.
I sure would like to learn not to cast pearl before swine. A weakness of mine.
