I've been using my ACON 55" since early December. I cannot say enough good things about it! I'm 62 and I even ordered one for my 84 year old Mom in Calif. With all her back and neck issues and 2 recent knee replacements, I knew the gentle health bounce would help her. It's been amazing - all her pains are GONE and she's addicted to her Rebounder. 🥰🙏 She watches CZcams Rebounder fitness videos, but i have her modify the moves so she's not coming off the mat, just to prevent any compression on her spine. She believes this is a miracle for her! So much better than walking and so much better than her stationary bike! Her mood is so much better too! I'm planning to ordering a couple more for my daughter's in law! They've tried mine and love it. 💯😊
Can I rebound after a hip replacement
I learned about rebounding through Living Waters/Barbara O'Neill (sp?) and bought a BCAN. Perfect for my budget and being able to stow it away. Everything you said about it I experienced. Thanks for explaining the difference between the softer and stiffer pads in regards to effects on body
Me too, such a good informative video.
Would you send me a description of this rebounder please, is it on Amazon or any other website? Thank you.
Did you go to her retreat ? I love her, and was disappointed that she has been banned in her own country. I've been mesmerized watching her videos
No I've never seen her in public..
Me too!!
I purchased the Bcan and it came with a balance bar for the $110.00
I recently ordered the Bcan. I use The Total Gym (which I love) for strength training. So, I'll be using this rebounder mostly for a warmup. I'm excited to try it. Looks like so much fun.
Thank you so much. Within 10 minutes of watching your video, I ordered the ACON 55" rebounder! Can't wait. Now subscribed to your channel and will follow your workouts. BTW, I'm a 63 year old male just getting back into fitness. I can't run anymore and the only time I can do cardio is at 5 am but am afraid to go outside that early (not a good neighborhood) to do cardio, so this is the best deal for me.
I’m so happy you found my channel! Thank you so much for your support! Honestly the Acon is such a great rebounder so great choice! I hope you love it 😁 Sorry to hear about the neighbourhood but I’m so glad you found rebounding because this is such a great substitute for running that’s lower impact 💪
Thank you so much! Great video with good information.
No problem! I’m glad you feel that way 😊
Thank you so much for this great video!! I’m a hefty & beginner so I’m going with the green one.
These companies need to have these rebounders.already assembled.
Soooo true!!! I just got a JumpSports and it’s the first one that has it pre assembled and that videos coming out soon 😊 which one do you have?

My pleasure! I’m glad! 😁
This was so helpful thank you!

I bought a bcan (it was in my budget)& it came yesterday. My husband put it together last night & this morning I did a beginner workout with you! I love it!❤ This is my 1st using one & I'm looking forward to losing weight, lowering my BP & being healthy. I was walking every day but then the cold weather arrived so the rebounder is the answer to my prayers! Thank you! 😊

Are you still liking the BCAN?
How goes the weight loss. I'm a fat man looking to get one...😢
Very good. Personal preference. Seems people ask people who have no idea of their limits and choose wrong apparatus. I wish they listened to more unbiased reviews. Great explaining and make me more secure in what and why i chose the one i purchased ❤

Thank you so much you did help a lot. I’m gonna get the leaps and rebounds.👍👍👍
Yay great choice! I’m so glad it helped 😊
Sydney, I’m so happy I found your channel. After viewing another of your videos, I ordered the 55in. Acon through your affiliate link. The Black Friday discounts right now are incredible and I trust your recommendations on rebounders. So I’ve subscribed and want to say thanks. I’ll be 70 in January and in pretty good shape but I can’t run anymore. I’m hoping this will be my goto exercise for the foreseeable future.
Thank you so much! I’m so excited for you and I hope you love your new rebounder. The Acon is definitely a great choice. Wow that’s amazing! I can’t wait to hear how you like it 😊💪
Helpful review. Liked to learn about the stiffness. I like when I can bounce easily without too much effort.
That’s true, that’s definitely a pro of the stiffness. It definitely comes down to preference but the softer bounce just might be a little lower impact but definitely harder because more muscle are incorporated 😊
Thank you so much. You answered all of my questions! 😁
My pleasure! I’m so glad I could help 😊
I did a lot of research, in 2016, when I wanted to buy a rebounder. I ended up investing in a Bellicon. It was sent from Germany and the bungees were made to fit my weight. I picked out the colors. I got the middle size and paid $563. Best investment EVER!!! I read a lot of reviews, and most people who bought the cheaper ones eventually ended up buying a Bellicon. So I saved my money and bought a Bellicon. I love using it and have been happy with my purchase the whole time I've had it.
OZmG - who has that kind of money ?
That’s so awesome! I love looking for budget friendly ones so anyone can jump but I bet that is one of the highest quality rebounders out there. I truly love my Acon and JumpSports though and I don’t feel like they need an upgrade so I would love to test it out one day and see. I’m so happy you have a bellicon and love it! 😊
I am also very happy with my Bellicon.
@@suzysanders6267 - I saved up for mine and it was well worth it. This year will be my 10th year owning my Bellicon. I've saved hundreds of dollars each year since I was able to give up my gym membership and work out at home with my rebounder and resistance bands. It has paid for itself again and again.
I love my belicon.
The Bellicon Rebounder is the Best there is. And the one I have the legs are Designed to Pull away from the rebounder and then Fold them under it. I have never rebounded before and only been reading up on the bellicon 5 minutes ago. The one you describe is the one I like. Did u go for soft, medium or firm bounce
Bcan has a 48 inch now too and it’s a 550 lb weight limit! I just put mine together tonight and excited to get started
How’s it going so far?
How do you like it after a month

No problem! So excited you’re looking into getting certified 💪
I have the 48” Leaps and Rebounds and very pleased with the quality for the price. Ive used it consistently for 2yrs. Its very good. I got the handle bar to do a wider variety of movements.
Thank you so much. Trying to find something for our health retreats and for our clients to buy. I will check out your website.
That’s so amazing! I can’t wait for you try it out 😁
Great information. Thank you. I just ordered a 48” BCAN. I weigh 265 and it supports up to 400 lbs so hopefully I will get a good bounce.
That’s awesome! I’m so excited for you and hope you love it! The bounce should be great for you 😊
I just ordered a leaps and rebounds with your code plus it was on sale I’m so excited
So exiting! I hope you love it! 😁🎉
Where's the code?
Thank you for the review of the rebounders. What would you recommend for someone that has been rebounding for awhile that uses an older model with medal springs? Does the bands loose their strength after awhile? I’m in mine 70’s and find rebounding a great option when I can’t get out to walk or just rebound whenever. Thank you for your time and advice. 😊Bev
Appreciate your detailed info. On amazon now pricing
i m really glad i found this video, so informative! i have a question though if you can give me your advice... what type of rebounder is better for the following conditions: 1. injured knees, 2. weight loss, 3. issues with back of neck, and 4. issues with lower back. it would really help to hear your views on this since after seeing this video i realise there are firmer ones, and other with more bounce to it... thanks!
Thank you!
I have the Bcan and happy with it. Much better than my old spring rebounder. The Bcan is much easier to assemble. I had bought a different brand but returned because it was impossible to assemble those bungy cords. This one was easy.
Yay I’m so happy to hear that! Thanks for sharing your experience!
Super helpful review and after watching one of your workout videos I’m super excited to try one. I’m curious tho what if anything is the biggest challenge for beginners? Balance? Cardio endurance? Ankles? Knees? What do you find with your client base? I so appreciate any feedback. TIA! ❤

I heard the needak is the best. Based on your review. I will have to rethink my decision when purchasing.
I’m just starting with the BCAN 40”, but the Acon looks good for my next rebounder if it comes in 40”. I can’t go over 40” in my small livingroom where I’ll be keeping it set up at all times. I can’t be bothered taking it down and putting it away. 😊
Oh… I just seen on Amazon that Acon doesn’t come in 40. So I’m cool with my BCAN. It’s a great trampoline.
So happy to hear you’re liking the BCAN. The ACON comes in 44” so a great option for a future upgrade would be the JumpSports 39” 😊
Mine is also a BCAN 48 inch with metal springs. I love it. Very sturdy and bounce is great. It's not noisy at all. It holds up to 450 pounds. Same price range and affordable. I love it!
It also has a safety bar!
@@marybroadway9349 I didn’t know the BCAN comes with metal springs.
@@marybroadway9349 thanks for sharing! That’s awesome!
Great review..thank you..very helpful. What shoes would you recommend..what do you wear,???
Thank you! I’m glad it was helpful for you 😊 what ever is more comfortable for you. If I’m working out alone I’ll do barefoot but if I’m filming I wear shoes. Just don’t wear socks because you’ll slip. Some people need more support than others so just test it out and see what feels good for you.
Thanks!
No problem! 😁
Thank you! Curious…was there a reason you didn’t include the Bellicon? I have that one and it’s fantastic:)
I’ve never tried it and I find the price might be out of range for a lot of people. I’ve heard they are amazing though and that’s so great to hear you love yours! I’ll have to get one and try it 😁
I LOVE my Bellicon as well. After using four cheaper ones over the years, I finally got a Bellicon. I couldn’t believe the difference! They are amazing!!
@@jayknee7438which cheaper ones? I’m so lost so many options lol
@@jayknee7438how did you choose which one to get?
I agree. Some have multiple parts.
Thanks for your thorough and informative video. It helped me decide to go with the Leaps and Bounds model. Thanks for your discount coupon! And it was cheaper than on Amazon! I'm inspired to get started rebounding as a cardio and all over healthy activity in addition to my yoga practice. Can hardly wait for it to arrive! And I just subscribed. 😀
That is so exciting! The Leaps and Rebounds is such a great choice and I hope you love yours. It will be such a great addition to your fitness routine 😊💪
I got BCAN 48”… bigger than I thought and kind of heavy to move it from one room to another. Spring is already squeaking already so I’m about to get another one. 😅
Oh no, sorry to hear that! I’d recommend the bungee next time 😊
Do you happen to know if there's outdoor covers for any of these rebounders? I'm going to have to store mine on my deck due to limited space indoors 🙁
The customer service is amazing with Leaps and Rebounds. I broke my bungee attachment on the mat. They replaced the entire mat within 3 days. I've had it for a few years. Then I couldn't find the bungee tool. They sent me the tool in just a few days. All for free and so fast and easy.
Aww that’s amazing to hear! Yay! I agree they are really nice 😊❤️
Im thinking of buying a use one but saw that it had 2 broken bungee attachments. Wonder if id be able to get it replacement for it or if id need to have the original receipt

Thank you dear.. How big is the Acon? How many inches please ?
Just finding this video- have you tried or have any comments about the Bellicon rebounder .?? I know it cost a lot more- but have heard it’s “the best”..
What a great review! Thank you. I have not used a rebounder. I am 65 and have some low back issues. I am active and am looking for a new fun exercise experience and I like that rebounding is good for your lymph system. I have been checking out the pricing and Acon has a good sale right now....about the same price as Leaps & Rebounds (at least wheere I am at in Canada - Alberta). I'm just afraid it may aggravate my back. But if I start off slow maybe I can strengthen my core which is just what I need. Any thoughts? Thank you!
Thank you! That’s exciting you’re looking into rebounding. I think starting slow is key and rebounding is known to be a great option to help reduce the risk of injuries. The Acon is one of the best rebounders and has a really soft bounce which will make it more low impact 😊 I couldn’t recommend rebounding enough ❤️
Also if you use the code SYDNEY40 at checkout you get and extra $40 off the acon
Thank you
No problem! 😁
Do you notice any difference between the circular and hexagon Acons? I read somewhere that the circular ones have a different feel/bounce that some people preferred. Also, is the Acon a softer bounce than the Leaps and Rebounds? Sorry if you covered that in the video-I can’t remember. Thanks!
No problem at all! The Acon is definitely a softer bounce than the Leaps. My circular Acon came with two mats and the one I put on has a bigger bounce than the hexagon. I find the hexagon is the perfect mix
Is the handle bar of the Akon removable?
Thanks
No problem!
Which one is the most quiet? I am on the second floor of a 4 floor apartment building. But, it is wood frame structure. So I am looking for a quiet indoor fitness option. I am also hoping adding some high quality fitness flooring under it would help too?
What about Jumpsport? Do you have a video review for those?
Thank you soo much. This was very helpful. I am thinking BCAN just to get started..❤
What do you think about the Bellicon? And if I am wanting to strength train and lose weight, stiffer or softer bounce?

I was curious about your leggings and sneakers, if you can mention.
Thanks for the video!
I can definitely start doing that! Thanks😊 it’s Sydney ❤️ a lot of my outfits are from lululemon and Nike
How is ACON Fitness Customer support? I currently have Leaps & Rebounds and after 14 months and multiple issues I'm ready to find a new rebounder.
what about the cellerciser by David Hall?
Did you order the Leaps & Rebounds one from their site? I can’t seem to find it in Canada without having to ship it from the USA, which with price, shipping and duty makes it very expensive. And the 55 inch Acon doesn’t ship until August. Any sites that sell these in Canada? Thanks!
I've got a spring one and it does make noise. It was a present and I'm wanting a quiet one due to being oversensative to noise. I'm giving it to my cousin who's 4 when I find a new quiet one. Im.just worried they won't be firm enough and the bungees will break lol
Ou your cousin just got an awesome gift 😁 I’d recommend getting Acon, JumpSports or leaps and rebounds because they’re all really high quality so you’ll feel safe plus they’re silent yay!!
Hi, are Acon bungees available as a replacement? I can't seem to find them on european Acon website. Is there an option to fold the legs? Thanks!
Hi! For Canadian site they do sell the bungees and you also get a couple extras when you get the rebounder. The legs don’t fold but I like to put it on it’s side when I need more space 😊
I tried to get the acon sold out 55 in.said they will have more in June ..really hope so.. do you want to sell one? Lol
How long do the bungee rebounders typically last under normal use? I have a spring rebounder and was looking to get a bungee rebounder for a softer bounce.
If it’s a lower quality one I would say around 2 years. If it’s higher quality all you’d have to do is replace the bungees every couple of years
I hope the Newman brand is good! That’s the one I just ordered. 48” hexagon.
I have a Newman for 2 years and I still love it. Definitely VERY diffiuclt to to get the bungees on. My Husband and I were straining together and barely could do it. But so worth it.

Thank you for the options. You did not talk about Cellersise ? ( or something like that ). Is it worth it ?
I haven’t tried it so I can’t give my opinion on it. I just person prefer bungee rebounders because I find them softer and quiet 😊 I’d love to try it to compare though!
@@Jumpnjacked Thank you. Yes, being soft and quiet is more appealing to me too. Cellersise says they modified the springs, I don t know if that makes them more quiet though.
@@sylvie1835 I’m not sure either, I’d love to try one to compare them 🧐
Have you tried the Cellerciser or the Bellacon? It would be nice to have your opinion on those too. (Not sure if they are spelled properly). They are expensive rebounders.
I would love to try these! Hopefully soon 😊
what size acon are you using?
I was looking at the BCAN 48" for the heavier weight up to 440 and it has steel springs. Does that impact the stiffness of the jump? What is the difference between the Bungee and steel spring? You mention noise from springs. Do bungees last? Thank you ahead if time!
Bungee is easier on your knees🙂
Is this something that can be used in an apartment? I live on the 2nd floor, and I am curious if these are loud and something my neighbors would hear.
Can rebounding act as a decongestant ? I.e. helping to remove catarrh/mucus/phlegm from the body via the bowels thus helping constipation as well ?
Thats why i originally got one, from a suggestion from my Colon Hydrotherapist
What is the size of bcan? Can you get a t bar ? The leaps and bounds you were umping on the 48 " correct. It may be a little too stiff for me. Im concerned about Achilles tendonitis. What is the cost of your program?
The leaps and rebounds is softer than the BCAN so you won’t want that one. If you want a soft jump I recommend the Acon 😊 Correct I am on the 48”. I would ask your doctor first to be safe. It’s $30 CAD a month ❤️
I’m considering a 48 inch Bellicon which would be over $1,000. Would love to know if you have any opinion regarding them. They can be ordered already assembled but that is extra $ of course.
I’ve only heard great things about the Bellicon but I haven’t tried it myself. Sorry I couldn’t be much help ❤️
I have recently purchased a Leaps and Rebounds 48", as well as the extra soft bungees. I love it. After two days of using it, i noticed the bounce has gotten softer, so you definitely do not need the extra soft bungees ,(which i did not install, and they are not returnable). Have you noticed that the bounce gets softer after a few days?
Hey! I haven’t noticed that yet and I’ve had mine for 2 years 🧐 I hope you continue to love it ❤️
Now that you have tried the junpsport where would you pit it between all these
I would say top with Acon and leaps 😊
Bellacon and cellercize are two of the best ones.
I love my OneTwoFit, if you use your tool properly using your upper body strength to pull down on it it makes it easier to put together.
how long have you had it? Are you still enjoying it? Trying to purchase a rebounder super soon and this is one of the three I have it narrowed down to.
I love my Bellicon
That’s so great to hear!
Thank you! This is such a helpful video. Could you please share your height? That will help me decide on the size to consider (I'm 5” 7”). Thanks so much!
No problem! Of course, I’m 5’4 😊 I hope you love whichever one you get and let me know if you have any questions
Hello, I’m looking to purchase a rebounder soon. Im5”8” and looking for an affordable one but quality as well. I was contemplating getting the 48in BCAN . There’s a T bar and an extended bar. Which bar is better or more useful? Is there a need for the bar at all? I have a 4 year old so I thought I’d get one with a bar so she could use it sometimes. Can you use the strength cords on any rebounder ? How long do rebounders last you around? Would you recommend only the bungee cord style rebounder? Thanks in advance!
@@olusialovesgod9724 that’s so exciting you’re looking into getting a rebounder! I personally like the t-bar because I find it takes up less space and is easy to remove if you want. I like bungee rebounders because I find the jump is a little softer and less noisy than springs. Just a heads up the BCAN does have a stiffer bounce and you do have to put it together but besides that it’s a great entry level option and should last around 2 years at least I would say 😊
What is your opinion of the Urban Rebounder?
I have not seen your Site before,so maybe you reviewed it already. I enjoyed your Video, and Commentary.
I haven’t tried it yet, I personally like rebounders with bungees instead of springs because it tends to be softer bounce and not a noisy 😊
That was my first rebounder 20 years ago and i LOVED it! It has springs, but i didnt mind the noise and a stiffer bounce than the Jumpsport i upgraded to because of the bungees which has a softer jump which my feet sink lower into. The Urban Rebounder also had a bar to hold onto which i find i need the older i get
Which one will not harm my arthritic, knees and hips, less bounce, or more bounce?
Less bounce will be better. When you use it just bounce without jumping, or your feet leaving the mat. You will still have benefits without the jarring in the joint
Thank you. I now have something to share with friends who might be interested in rebounding but not committed enough to invest in a Bellicon like I did.
I like that all these options use bungee cords. That's so important for the noise aspect. When i was looking it seemed that all the rebounders in the lower price range used springs. I tried one and promptly sent it back!
Thank you so much for wanting to share it with your friends 😊 I couldn’t agree with you more 😁
If you use less bands with the bcan will that make it a softer bounce?
It would but that could be dangerous because of the holes it will create for you feet to slip through. After a while it should soften with use 😊
Is the 40 inch the size of the mat or the mat and the frame width together?
It’s the mat and frame 😊
Need to find a small rebounder, something like 30 inches. My BCAN is 48in has taken over my family room. You cant fold it unless you take off the handle bar.
Oh no, sorry to hear that! I know JumpSports has a great 39” brand but I’m not sure where to get a 30” 🧐
Exactly, such a pain to fold and it took over the living room so now leans against a wall in the basement and doesn't get used. :(

You really need to review the Cellercise - excellent, probably the best for support on the legs and ankles.
Thanks! I’d love to try it I’m just not a huge fan of the noise from spring rebounders 😊
@@Jumpnjacked no noise, its super quiet. I've had mine for 15+ years, i just put olive oil on the springs every few years and it's perfect. The biggest thing is that not all rebounders or trampolines have enough support, especially for the ankles, legs and back. Some are actually even bad for the ankles... the Cellercise is on the pricey side, but worth every penny imo.
