As life time chargers fan I really hope Harbaugh is the answer. So tired of constant underachieving seasons
I’m not a Staley hater, but it was obvious that he was in over his head leading a football team as a HC, no matter how smart he is. Hopefully he learns from his experience and enjoys success in the future. Harbaugh shows us how you lead a group of men. Listen to the OLine Committee podcast when Harbaugh was hired by the Bolts and hear what Alex Boone, who was with the 49’rs during Harbaugh’s years there, has to say about Harbaugh.

Now, I see how Harbaugh does it... every player is given ownership of the team and what they are doing. Instailling belief in players who were beaten down. Happy, to see Staley and his crew gone. The professionals are in charge not the snake oil salesman.
My main concern is players being confused with all the different systems? As my friend Dan Reeves would say. “ Keep the System Simple. Less confusion more production”

It will be a fucking tuff season if we "Charger" with Harbaugh. Its so hard to get excited. I see all these amazing moments and players and interviews, and all my brain can think is "Sounds nice" "Looks good"
