तुम 22 साल की हो या 32 साल के अपने आप को कभी किसी से तुलना मत करना.... क्योंकि सफलता सिर्फ मेहनत से नहीं कॉम्प्रोमाइज से भी होती है जो कि घर वाले करते हैं... सब के हालात एक से नहीं होते... सिर्फ जो कर सकते हो और जहां हो वहां से आगे बढ़ो इस से ज्यादा कुछ नहीं... यूपीएससी में अच्छी रैंक नहीं मिलता तब यह सेटिस्फाइड नहीं होते और दोबारा से तैयारी करते हैं और कुछ होते हैं जो ग्रुप डी में सिलेक्ट होकर भी एक परिवार आगे बढ़ा लेते हैं.उम्र मायने नहीं रखती... मेहनत तो उसने भी की थी जो एक नंबर से फेल हो जाता है...

The retired govt officers should introspect as to their contribution to the welfare of the people of this country and compare it with their big promises made to the upsc board at the time of their selection!
Would be better if that's done for politicians. Beauraucracy is achieved through personal hard work so the contribution doesn't have to correlate with what's being said during the interview. There are already policies and organisations keeping in pace with the work of beauraucrats and imposing actions based on their deeds. We should rather be more concerned about the politicians piled up with numerous criminal cases and still manages to govern the country and at the same time escapes using their political powers and relations. They are the prime parasite of this country. Misleading public on the basis of religion and false propaganda. They are infact the root of all corruptions and that's a basic thing as once they're out of seats, their economic condition would fall apart. For instance, an uneducated MLA comes in power for 5 years only, yet there is a night and day difference between the values of assets that once he had before he came into power and after he losses his power. And here the IT department isn't bothered to even inspect upon such suspicious cases which can easily be rectified by any person.
@@Ititsits why do the politicians prosper at the cost of the people to whom they are responsible? Why do the civil servants have to bow down to the unjust demands of such (corrupt) politicians? The civil servants should abide by the law and be responsible to the people, and not to the politicians, who come to power to earn self-agrandisement. Public service to majority of the politicians is a hoax, and a personal anathema. And that, precisely is the reason why politics is called a'cess-pool'. But why do the educated people coming to run the govt, make great promises that they are here to serve the people,? But once they are settled, they too generate links with the politicians, for their self-agrandisement. That is the sole reason that their contributions fall much short of their earlier intentions. The'self' before the public good, turns them into'spineless' creatures.
@@samundersingh8834 first of all, we are familiar that the motive of 'most' of the people aspiring to become a beaureaucrat is to gain power, respect, free housing, free bills, free transport and to represent one's family as superior in the society. They might compromise the idea of earning more money from it in their initial stage because of the facilities I've mentioned above. But sub-consciously these aspirants are practicing the idea of gaining something in the service. Although most of them might actively contribute towards the development of society and that's just inevitable because their work are held accountable by the higher authority. Again, their motive of gaining something from it never ends. When they're assigned a cadre they will definitely be given these privileges. It won't take much of a time to take these privileges for granted. But the idea of gaining from the service never ends and this is a very human character and very few people can avoid it. A politician is always a boss of a Beaureaucrat, that's the democracy. No body knows the situation and conditions these beauraucrats have been subjected to, by the politicians. The beauty about politics is that you'll always have a team supporting all your actions whether it's lawful or not. These supporters might be other politicians, business man, another beaureaucrat or mafias. If you as a DM grabs a powerful politician by neck, their would be hundreds of powerful people looking for a chance to drag you either out of your service or even out of this world. And politicians aren't that gunda (some exceptions) and honest Beaureaucrats are slim to none (again, some exceptions). I've heard of a situation where a police officer was told not to interfere by a bunch of unfamiliar faces identifying themselves as "we're from the central Government" & "How much do you want?" during election. Some goons comes up to you and interferes with your duties in the name of some powerful politicians. Not every beaureaucrat takes bribes because they're interested, some are forced to.

That is why politicians are my very first preferences to be more concerned upon. 'Riswat khor' Beaureaucrats are educated enough to analyse their illdoings and realise the short comings of thier illegal actions. But these 'Gunda Riswat khor' politicians will neither realise nor do they know the limits.
Realisation is what changes a person and this can make a difference, a very broad one!
