That looked totally bloody awesome..... Do you ever worry about not making it back to the airfield ? BTW, I noticed that gliders now sow up on my Plane Finder app :)
Balleka Thanks.... Many years ago I was doing gliding lessons with the A T C.... A good winch launch was 1000ft !!! (RAF Henlow in Beds) Seeing your videos, make me wish I had pursued it more, instead of girlfriends !! :)
alvin larsson Flightradar24 does, same thing.. it uses ADS-B for tracking aircraft, probably Balleka has powerflarm and/or a transponder connected with a GPS, right? Since this year my glider is also visible on these sites, PH-588, BU :-)
you should come to Auckland, New Zealand and check out this run - Murawai to Raglan and return - can be done all below 1500' !! czcams.com/video/tTBM3swgmI0/video.html This run conducted by fellow club member in LS4 - but Mosquito available for hire from the launch point at Whenuapai...
Awesome. My 12 year old son looking over my shoulder - "That's why I want to learn to fly a glider!"
hugely entertaining watching you zipping along Crib Goch and buzzing the summit, surprisingly few people on the top for such a fine day.
That's what it's all about... Well done
amazing video! :D
Wow, I'm hoping to be able to soar up there during an expedition to Llambedr!
haha! what you made the end, thats what I wanted to ask for when you first arrived to the summit building. :))
Y'a plus la vidéo!!! Il fait reposter svp!
