    Video high level summary:
    - how organisations react to change
    - Kotter's change model (the 8 steps compressed in 6 easy to remember ones)
    - human's sense of urgency
    - iceberg model
    - Tony Robin's 6 human needs and view on behavioural change
    - the link between human needs and the change model

    In less than 15 minutes, you have been able to express in clean, simple, and concise language what hundreds of books or academic papers are not able to do. You definitely deserve my respect.

    Great job splendid. I have always loved organizational change and transformation, especially knowing that some organizations don't do well when change is introduced, while some are too slow to accept change and eventually fade out of business.

    I do like your animations and the way you bring over the way Kotter´s change model works. I do find it very inapropriate that you would make fun of Jesus in a business setting. I dont think you would do this with any other religios person such as Muhammed, Buddah etc. Neither do I think that this is in any way professional.

    • @a2bthinking
      @a2bthinking  Před 4 lety

      Dear Ezra Schiesl, I can assure I never intended to offend in any way. I was making fun of my own animation since I had no technical way to appear in the scene other than walking on water. I respect your feelings towards the topic and I hope you trust my word when I say I respect any type of religion and would not dare making fun of it.
