Dr. Strange & Dormammu aren't cosmic characters. They are mystic (mystical/magic/dark magic) related characters.

Nope, not everything. Hell, Hel and other dark dimensions are mystic (mystical). Ghost Rider(s), Mephisto, Dormammu, Dr. Strange, Nightmare, Loki, Hela, Surtur are all mystical characters. And not all characters from other planets are cosmic. Some are technological.
There are certainly fair arguments to be made each way

Anytime you need to know something about any character, you can ask me. Reading comics since 1964, had access to hundreds of comics from 1941 to 1964, and manager and eventually owner of different Comic Book stores for 24 years! Also, a TON of Independent research. I could write my own book about almost Marvel character until about 2010 when the 'Woke' characters took over!
You should take that knowledge and write a book. It would be a waste for that knowledge to go with you.

Some of these characters you have on this list arent cosmic characters. Mojo is technological. Loki and other Thor villains are mystic (mystical). Dr. Doom, Dormammu, Dr. Stange, Mephisto, the Ghost Rider's (not talking about the cosmic Ghost Rider) all are also mystic characters. Kang is also technological, but has used his technology to manifest cosmic power. Cosmic characters would be the likes: Galactus, Silver Surfer and other Heralds of Galactus, Nova, Ms. Marvel, Thanos, Ronan the Accuser, etc.

Okay, SO... Mojo. He's other-dimensional, and in MY opinion, doesn't quite click as "cosmic" per se... BUT hey! Your list, and it's one that's open to some debate. 😉
Destroyer... While technically Asgardian by creation, IF you go watch the video "All About The Eternals" or something like that... (And BOY is there a whole lotta cosmic in there... ETERNALS. Comics to be clear... Not that WOKE mess from the movies where they regendered characters and other crazy crap...)... Odin builds the Destroyer Armor to battle one of the Hosts of the Celestials, who created the ETERNALS & Deviants, generating the Inhumans in there somewhere, etc., so by THAT you could consider the Destroyer "cosmic"...
(Personally, I'm waiting on Marvel to figure that out and have GALACTUS imbue the Destroyer with the Power Cosmic, and serve as his herald... Just saying...!)
Vance Astro... Definitely cosmic. He's been alive in that costume OVER a hundred YEARS from the Marvel Boy version in the New Warriors... Funnily enough, his cosmic version was the precursor to his younger self, at least as far as when he FIRST appeared in the comics.
Vance Astro was the leader of the ORIGINAL Guardians of the Galaxy team from way back, and then revitalized by Jim Valentino in the late 80's & early 90's, before he teamed up with Jim Lee, Erik Larsen, Todd McFarlane & company to create Image Comics and his own creator owned character, "Shadowhawk"... I loved that Guardians of the Galaxy series and highly recommend that you check it out, since you insist on including Vance Astro in these lists and STILL know VERY little about him... Apparently... EVEN after I give lessons on him... Repeatedly. Dave.
