    Did you know that a single session of cardio exercise can boost your metabolism for hours after your workout is finished? This effect is known as excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC) or the "afterburn effect" - but I’m pretty sure they were already some calories burned during this workout 🥵

      @@francescorossi1237 Hey thank you for your comment but I saw Your answer late today so I just wanna say I almost died today I did this workout with an mt stamich for 10 minutes directly No water No food ... I passed out Couldn't 🫁 breath or stand my body was shaking my face turned yellow 🟡🟡 I don't recommend it to anyone before eating a good meal
