The Weld's are 20" and wearing Falken FK510 UHP tires. The Mach 1 is an A10 and in drag racing mode this run. The shifts hit so hard that traction control activates, and if you disable traction control, the rear end starts to float (spinning). The solution for this event was to change the drive mode to Sport+, but I only learned that after two really bad runs. The long-term solution is drag radials. 12.7 at 111 was my best, and the car has 3 or 4-tenths left in it, I figure.

The moment the mustang got into the burnout box, you knew what the outcome was going to be. Even though he what is over 200 horsepower down, there was no way he was going to have a chance after that burnout. It's obvious the driver in the mustang it's not experienced at runin the quarter mile. Big Smokey burnouts on street tires may look cool, but absolutely destroys your launch.
I'm guessing reading is not at the top of your list, or you blatantly ignored the part that states the Challenger is supercharged and over 300 more horsepower than the Mustang.
@@edpenkalski8937 I'm stage 3 tuned. Intake, Intercooler, recirculation valve and all hot/cold piping, high flow cat turbo back exhaust and many more. I beat regular GT mustangs and challenger RT's and WRX easy. I'd have some faith against that Mach 1, especially after seeing that run lol
What the hell was that? The Mustang didn't even try. Could do way better than that, that start was awful. Was like he messed up with the start then just gave up the whole thing. Atleast let everyone see the speed and hear the engine lol

Nice race! 12.7 is good for a Mach 1. With some street drags you might grab a low 12.
