You gotta love how John's such a good sport about this. Sometimes celebrities that get parodied don't take it so well, but he's leaning into it. Clearly he's very much in touch with the online community and his fans in his own unique way.

It doesn't surprise me, John's a pretty cool guy. I had a friend who worked for Roadrunner when Systematic Chaos came out & while the rest of the members of DT were in their own little world and showed him no interest, he said JP was the only one that he could have a conversation with. He shared a story with me about when JP hosts family gatherings at his house and the children ask him to play guitar for them, no one cares when he shreds through scales, but when he makes weird sounds with his guitar and says, "here comes the elephant!" all the kids lose their minds & start running around & screaming.

JP has actually mentioned that he loves the Psycho Exercises video and this interview there are actual questions although it's done in a more "skit" style. In the end, yeah, it's great he wanted to be in on the joke. Hilarious interview!
