I would’ve certainly chose Angelis for Stepney and the Ironworks twins. Something about Baldwin’s voice for Stepney doesn’t feel right, and Angelis’ take on the Ironworks twins, or should I say Arry is truly frightening.

Ugh, George Carlin is definitely better as Oliver. And Michael Angelis is definitely better as Toad. I generally prefer the UK narrations, because they are the ones that I grew up with in New Zealand. We did however get the US narrations of the third season on VHS, though we still got the UK narrations of the third season on TV and DVD.

Dude, just because you don't like a narrator doesn't mean he doesn't have any good voices. Like, I'm not the biggest fan of Michael Angelis, but I will acknowledge that he does James well.
And just because Ringo Starr may not do that many of voices, it does not mean it cannot fit anyone, Here is an example: Gordon, Listen to him, he yeah, he has more sarcastic and lower pitch version of Ringo Starr`s voice, But it actually fits well with, because he is Like The Oldest Big Engine on Sodor out of the Gordon, James and Henry club, And in Off The Rails, Ringo Starr does better at making Gordon sound like he is angry (Not to mention that he almost curse in the UK dub when Gordon feel into the ditch 🤣), And also, If you look at one of the workmen from the Flying Kipper, you would know that one of those looks just like well..Ringo Starr, specially because it is look at the camera

For Henry, I’d put Alec Baldwin or Ringo Starr (especially because of his brittish interpretation) for him. Michael Brandon also does an okay voice for him considering that he sounds a little bit like Keith Wickhams Henry voice.

Ugh, George Carlin is definitely better as Oliver. And Michael Angelis is definitely better as Toad. I generally prefer the UK narrations, because they are the ones that I grew up with in New Zealand. We did however get the US narrations of the third season on VHS, though we still got the UK narrations of the third season on TV and DVD.

Dude, just because you don't like a narrator doesn't mean he doesn't have any good voices. Like, I'm not the biggest fan of Michael Angelis, but I will acknowledge that he does James well.
And just because Ringo Starr may not do that many of voices, it does not mean it cannot fit anyone, Here is an example: Gordon, Listen to him, he yeah, he has more sarcastic and lower pitch version of Ringo Starr`s voice, But it actually fits well with, because he is Like The Oldest Big Engine on Sodor out of the Gordon, James and Henry club, And in Off The Rails, Ringo Starr does better at making Gordon sound like he is angry (Not to mention that he almost curse in the UK dub when Gordon feel into the ditch 🤣), And also, If you look at one of the workmen from the Flying Kipper, you would know that one of those looks just like well..Ringo Starr, specially because it is look at the camera

For Henry, I’d put Alec Baldwin or Ringo Starr (especially because of his brittish interpretation) for him. Michael Brandon also does an okay voice for him considering that he sounds a little bit like Keith Wickhams Henry voice.
