Cooking Walleye (The Best Damn Walleye Recipe)

As much as I advocate catch & release and respectful harvesting,
I do enjoy a good feed of WALLEYE!
I love deep fried and pan-fried walleye but my absolute favorite comes from the oven.
Easy to make and so delicious! I can even do it.
