I absolutely love, love this show. I was a little sentimental as series 3 ended this evening here in the USA, however I've read that The Durrell's have been renewed for Series 4/6 episodes. I am really excited to see what adventures the family embarks on. Onward & Upward....
Absolutely *FANTASTIC* series, as only the British can do!! 👍 What a bonus it is the childhood story of a man l watched as a kid & as an adult because l am an Animal freak, lol! So soooo sorry this show is done now. I could watch it go on forever-- the scenery, the old style clothes, all the adorable Animals, the FABULOUS characters as well as TOP NOTCH performances by each cast member in bringing all the quirks of their characters to life! And as an artist those creative, artistic, wholly original style opening credits are an absolute dream to watch, l never skip past the opening!- Gets me excited knowing I'm about to watch something fun, exciting and special! Very grateful our CBC here has the FULL series online & they hang on to good stuff for yeeeears, yay!!! They've just recently added "Call The Midwife".... I am in absolute UK Heaven, lol!! 💖🌈🇨🇦☘️

I think it's a great series, though like all TV, it doesn't stick to the plot of the books with 100% accuracy. Still, fantastic.
