I always have mental burnouts recently, main reason is stress of course. I can't get rid of procrastination. I'm always stressed when thinking 'bout my pending tasks and still chose not to do it for the meantime. Lutang, sabog, always spacing out. Pero walang improvement sa mga gawain. One time I gave myself a warm bath, gumaan yung pakiramdam ko. Dun ko na-reliaze na even small things can treat me. Mula pagsusuklay ng buhok (which is di ko madalas ginagawa 😆), taking a small walk, eating biscuits na binibili ko pa sa tindahan, and even brushing my teeth. Those things na mararamdaman ko yung slight change sa sarili ko, nakakalimutan ko yung bigat sa ulo ko, at di ko na namalayan unti-unti ko nang nasimulan half my tasks. Share ko lang haha. Sa mga lumalaban jan, magpatuloy po kayo. 😊

the thing lang with shopback is that they gather your data especially your spending habits based on your purchases, etc. but if that's ok with the consumer, i guess it's ok! not sure lang if they are disclosing that. got this from a friend!
