i learned to be proud of my progress, even if sometimes i don't really see it . and the biggest thing is that, i am now accepting rejections, because i finally decided not live in other people's expectations. right now, i'm still training myself to managethe things that i do or say out of my emotions. these are not simple as i imagined it to be, but i'm proud that i did it :)))

hi Hannah, i just want to leave a comment on ur video cuz there is my last professor said to us that we should normalize going to therapies like we have colds and fever. Like it's a normal thing to struggle in life that the biggest enemies of us, to overcome challenges in life.
I thank God He uses Hannah to remind me that God and the people around me love me. Sometimes I forget that. To change for the better, lately (coming from days of struggles, anxiety, depression because of people i know having Covid-19, and some died) I have been sleeping for 7-8 hours by shaking off many fearful negative thoughts in my head, and taking in more Word, because i feel peaceful each time I think that Jesus talks to me to comfort and bless me like a friend does. I just take His Words by how my friend wants to say to me when things seem not right or in order. And then I feel like going out there again :) I just Thank Him that when we just be honest with Him about what we cannot do anymore, He will bring peace and assurance, and He did. I am believing He will and He can also do it for anyone or everyone because He loves us.
